Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but Yossi's compassion can't be matched. Whereas most places will give you a half hour of treatment, Yossi has no time limit. If you can keep going, he will keep working with you. Regen has a large, up to the minute facility. The techs that support you are well-trained and make sure you are doing everything correctly. I first came to Yossi with a shoulder issue, but my bigger issue was my back, but I was unwilling to acknowledge it and said nothing. Yossi began to question me and I could no longer deny it. He has supported me through two surgeries, bringing me to a point of functionality I never thought I'd reach. Over the years I have observed him with others--especially very elderly patients, and his level of caring for them is especially poignant. I cannot recommend Yossi enough!

He was extremely patient and always explained to us what he was going to do before he did it. The office staff was just as amazing! They were always polite and helpful. We never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes to be called in to the doctor. Overall, a great experience. He was very helpful in explaining the root cause and how my foot works. I am feeling a lot better now that I am doing stretches and have orthotics. Also, it's worth noting that he helped advise me on what over-the-counter orthotics to try, since my insurance doesn't cover them. He even helped me to custom fit them to my feet with adhesive pads, during a follow up appointment. The first time I went the waiting room was very busy and the staff did seem a little stressed that day, but the next time I made sure to get an early morning appointment and everything was much better. I don't blame anyone for that. I just know that I prefer to go early when it's quieter.
