She spent at least 20 minutes talking to me about the process and what I should do when I got home to how to preserve the tan and keep skin moisturized. She spent a great deal of time asking me what I wanted and then was very detailed on what she needed me to do in order to get the perfect tan. The tan lasted even longer than the 10 days that she had told me that it would and worked perfect with my outfits for event. Her products are organic and vegan, healthy for skin. She has rapid tan products so you can shower after only 4 hours and it doesn't affect the tan. I had great results with a gorgeous, even tan. They charge extra if you need to caps for your hair also, they changed the hours and took all the good hours away. I know so many people that get there right at 9 o'clock to Tan and now they have to wait and so many people Tan right before they close and now they're closing two hours earlier. They were very snobby and not friendly, immediately treating me like I am out of place and don't belong.. They offered little to no education or instruction, and even had to move me to a different machine b/c even they could not get it to work. When leaving, I even told the girl I didn't know if I did it right and she said "well let's hope you did"...as if it isn't her JOB to make sure I did it right. My spray tan turned out horrible, I called back the next day to speak with a manager, and they said manager Haley would not be in until Tuesday. and wow was she a delight.... (not). Kept interrupting me, would not even LISTEN to my concerns, said its hard to believe that I am calling 3 days later...when they told me to call back when a manager was in, on TUESDAY. I have worked in customer service for 15+ years, I have NEVER EVER been spoken to the way Haley spoke to me or treated me, she went as far to HANG UP on me after I asked for her managers information--HUGE RED FLAG. I called back and she said "there is no reason to escalate it" -- whose decision is that? Because last time I checked its MINE. Haley is rude, unprofessional ,unpleasant, and clearly uneducated. This was the worst customer service experience I have EVER had in my LIFE. I will never EVER get a spray tan again and NEVER go back to south Tampa location. What should have been a customer complaint where an apology could go a long way, turned into a customer DISSERVICE nightmare. I truly cannot accept the treatment I was given or the way I was spoken to. The Fact Haley is the manager of these girls , her behavior makes a lot of sense. Completely unprofessional and going to drive this business into the ground. It's never orange or streaky...perfectly airbrushed to the contours of my body and as dark as my skin can take without looking fake (which by the way is maaaany shades darker than my natural pasty tone). The tan makes me look sexier, slimmer, younger, and hides the imperfections on my body (like stretch marks and cellulite). It's like full body make up and it stays on for almost 2 weeks! I've also gotten compliments on smelling good afterwards, which I never expected from a spray tan. Makes sense because Shannon has her products specially formulated by an out of state expert and shipped in. Not your typical tan in a can. Shannon is very professional and nice...no worries about getting in the buff with her! Overall it's a fun, pampering experience with many rewards to reap over the following couple weeks. Booked an appointment for a custom spray tan. They came to my home at first. Everything was great…read morethe style that did. My spray was great very knowledgeable. Everything was great. However, a day after my spray, my feet started to look very and I sent a picture to the stylist and putting lotion on my feet and scrubbing it with bar soap because my feet were very discolored and didn't seem to take well to the spray tan. I can tell you that today is Wednesday and I don't even look like I've gotten a spray tan and I had my spray tan done five days ago. This isn't my first spray tan, but I'm very disappointed with the experience and especially paying what I paid I expected it to last a little bit longer and it barely lasted three days.
