Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt very misleading. The products were advertised as 50% off, but that discount only applied if you bundled and bought multiple items. When you actually do the math, it comes out to essentially the same price as buying a single product at regular cost. That should be clearly explained upfront and not advertised as 50% off all products. I was also told the monthly membership and products would be $89 total. After agreeing to the $89, I inserted my card. Before tanning, I checked my bank account and saw I was charged $109. When I asked why it jumped from $89 to $109, I was told it was "tax." That would be roughly a 22% tax, which is clearly inaccurate. There was no transparent breakdown shown before charging my card. Today is March 4, so I assumed (as anyone would) that a monthly membership would run until April 4. Instead, I was told it would only last until April 1, which makes no sense for a "monthly" membership. When I requested a refund, the two employees at the desk told me they couldn't process one because their manager was in a meeting. When I asked them to call her, suddenly she was available. One employee went into the back to speak to her, then came back out and tried to upsell me to an even higher premier membership with what I just paid instead of simply refunding my money. The lack of transparency, inconsistent information, and pushy sales tactics were extremely frustrating. I would highly recommend asking for a full price breakdown, confirming exact membership dates, and requesting a receipt before swiping your card. I truly hope I receive my refund.

No terms & conditions were shown to me or provided to me in writing. Brianna made me sign something electronically which I shouldn't have done because she didn't tell me what it was. After waiting an hour for my appointment, Brianna then said they couldn't provide the treatment because their equipment wasn't working and she didn't know what to do, so I left stating I wanted a refund. Way too many negatives in my first experience with this place to want to do business with them. Brianna said she would call me back by the end of the day but didn't. When I called her back because I didn't receive a call back from her, she told me the manager would call me back but she said she had no idea when that would happen. Now the store isn't answering my calls. If the issue is resolved, I will update my review to reflect that.

You can book online now for your appointment - very easy and I found plenty of availability a week out from my desired date. You need a credit card to hold your appointment. I paid around $75 plus tip for each tan, which did include an add-on. I like the drying powder - it cuts down on the stickiness you feel after a spray tan. Totally worth it my opinion. At no point was I trying to take advantage of anyone, and at no point did I ask to for a discount. No one deserves to have their personal circumstances used against them. What should have been a professional conversation quickly became something that felt judgmental, accusatory, and unnecessarily personal. The most disappointing part wasn't losing her as a stylist tbh. It was being made to feel like I was a problem for circumstances that were already difficult for me. Instead of professionalism, I was met with comments that felt targeted and designed to make me feel small. Businesses are entitled to their policies.
