Our salesperson was Sara and she came out, tested our water and shared resources where we could get more facts about our water. We got a quote for a plain under sink unit and a whole house system, and she thoroughly explained all the different options you could get. My extended family buys alkaline water, so we decided to be bougie and get that on the counter spigot, however at Sara's suggestion we did plain RO to the fridge and ice maker. David was the technician that came out. He was extremely personable and you can tell he believes in their product. We decided to get Reverse Osmosis especially since our Crossville city water tested 2 Times higher for chlorine than what's recommended for your SWIMMING POOL!!
