She explained what we needed to do and how we could make our payments online. She did a great job of explaining all of this to us and we have had no issues with our water or paying our bill on line.

I completely expected it to take a couple of weeks for the repairman to come to the house since it was not an emergency visit and I was fine with waiting as long as I knew when to be home for them to come to the house. Imagine my shock when I contacted the Clinton office only to be told they would not make an appointment but would have their repairman call me when they got around to me and then he would show up at my house and that I had to be home for him to be there. What??? I asked " what if I am am at work when he calls and says he can come and was told, I needed to be there if I wanted the items repaired, but that if I wasn't home then they wouldn't charge me the $50 fee!?! Well, duh. I asked if she could at least give me a possible time frame the repairman might call - like a day, a week, a month?? and she said no. I just had to wait till they called. Seriously????? So I am just supposed to hang around the house and wait for a call??? Sorry, but I don't know anyone that can afford that kind of wasted time these days, especially me. Then I spoke with a friend about this situation and she recommended calling the Lafollette Office. What a HUGE difference!!! (Thus the 4 star rating). The young lady that answered the phone was very polite and informative and explained that she would contact one of the repairmen and have them give us a call either same day or the next to set up a time. It wasn't a couple hours later we received a phone call and the repairman came to the house and fixed the gas fireplace logs in less than 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and explained step by step what he was doing to repair the gas logs. He also told us that they try to always do same day service, if possible and he was very surprised at the attitude I had encountered at the Clinton Office. I can assure you, from now on I will only be contacting the Lafollette Office.
