Brought it in just before 4/4:30 pm and asked them to take a look to see how bad the damage was. They said they would look at it tomorrow since it was nearing the end of the business day. Totally understood and left my keys with them to walk home. While I was still on the phone with the insurance adjuster by the CVS next door, he called me to tell me they fixed it. I couldn't believe it. I was so worried about how I was going to be able to rent a car to get to work the next day. It turns out it was a missing nut/bolt (don't know where it could've gone). It was dropped off at 7:30am and was pleasantly surprised by a 11:30 pick-up call. Bill's quote for a starter RR was about $450, being a very good price as it would have been several hundred dollars more from a RV center and would be several weeks before they could get to it. The kicker being that it didn't need a starter after all, it was just a wire from starter to relay that need to be replaced, saving me hundreds of dollars more. Took my car to get a heater core replace on 7/1/25, they repaired the heater core. Then when we…read moreleft they said to watch the head gasket cause the oil looked milky, there was nothing wrong with the car before i took it for the heater core. We knew it was the heating core because there was coolant inside my car on the passenger floor. When we called back to ask what they did after we got it back someone hung up on my bf twice before. So they stated on the phone that they took off the intake gasket and they didnt need to do that to take off the heater core. Then hang up. I just called again today and stated that I wanted a detailed receipt, (which they knew exactly who and what car that I had done with out saying) then he starts describing what they did I stated I wanted it on a detailed receipt! He said that I have the receipt which I do yes, and its noted that they didn't do what they were supposed to. So now its at another shop with milky oil because they didn't do their part. So DO NOT GO HERE! Also they let people answer the phone that can't speak English!! If I could give no stars I would!!! Also he again hung up on me when I called and stated he was gonna call the police I told him go ahead. He is the one that's a scammer!! there's also a couple of Reviews that stated he over heated their cars.

They said it was the radiator water pump and…read moresomething else they replaced all of that for a tune of about three grand then it started doing it again so they did a pressure test and found out it was the head gasket so for another five grand they replaced the head gasket but didn't do any of the other necessary things so the car constantly burned oil after that in there solution to me was to put a heavier weight oil so it didn't burn as fast. Needless to say about four months later because of all the engine oil burning and everything the engine finally seized at 88,000 miles. I wouldn't take a matchbox car to get repaired there.
