My husband called a bunch of lawyers and set up meetings all over town. Everyone wanted to take my case, but we went with Brian and his team because, right from the beginning, I could tell they were professional, kind, and genuinely felt bad for what had happened to me--ruining my face and causing a traumatic brain injury due to the city's negligence. A couple of months ago, we started preparing for trial, and the level of attention to detail from Brian and his team was incredible. We were in constant communication, and I always felt comfortable asking any questions. I had a wonderful meeting with Jon and Annie that made me feel completely ready for trial. Thankfully, we didn't even have to go to court, as the city offered a settlement. I fully trusted Brian's advice to settle, and I'm so glad I did. It's rare to find people who are so hardworking, compassionate, and truly eager to fight for you. Every single person on that team is incredible--I would be ready to go to trial with any of them. Thank you Brian, Jon, Annie, Mark, Tatiana for all your work during these 3 years!

From day one, Brian Breiter and Jeff Twomey saw me as more than a case. They understood how the city's failure to maintain its trees had upended my life, and they treated me with both compassion and determination. Their investigation was meticulous. They brought in arborists, analyzing weather data, and uncovering damning maintenance records. Despite the city offering nothing in mediation and insisting they'd win at trial, Brian and Jeff never backed down. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure the full impact of my injuries--including cognitive challenges affecting my work and family--was accounted for. The unanimous jury verdict far exceeded my expectations and will help secure my future recovery as well as my family's future. Just as importantly, I believe their work will drive change in how the city maintains its parks. If you've suffered an injury that never should have happened, you want Breiter Law in your corner. They know how to take on giants and win.

I found Franklin & Franklin through my own research online, and the testimonials from people who had been through similar situations gave me the confidence to reach out. I'm writing this review to pay that forward for the next person who's where I was. Josh was amazing from start to finish. He truly held my hand through the entire process and was incredibly thorough. More than that, he really went to bat for me. I always felt like he was in my corner, fighting for me every step of the way. The case took a while, not because of anything on Franklin & Franklin's end, but because that's simply how long the court process takes. Through all of it, Josh and his team were supportive, kept me informed, and always explained what was happening and what to expect next. Everything played out exactly as Josh said it would, which meant a lot during a stressful time. In the end, I received a very generous settlement that I'm extremely happy with. If you've been in a car accident or suffered any kind of personal injury, I can't recommend Josh and his team enough. I found them while searching for local accident attorneys, and they appeared under a different name, which is misleading in itself. Only after I started working with them did I realize they are not local and are actually based out of Los Angeles. It has now been nearly three years since my accident, and this firm has done little more than drag the process out. Communication is practically nonexistent unless you constantly chase them down. My case has been shuffled between multiple people without any notice or explanation, and every time that happens, it feels like starting over. The level of disorganization is unacceptable. I've received conflicting information, poor follow-through, and at times had to gather and submit my own documents just to keep my case from stalling even further. That is not what you hire an attorney for. At this point, it feels like my case has been neglected rather than actively handled. The lack of accountability, transparency, and basic communication is incredibly frustrating. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere! This experience has been a complete disappointment and a waste of valuable time.
