The tow truck and its operator were first-rate. The driver couldn't have been nicer nor done a better job of hooking the car up and pulling it onto the flatbed truck. My car, actually it's a truck based SUV, is all-wheel drive and the driver said don't worry it won't be a problem and it wasn't. He ratcheted all points of the car down, and it was good to go.
