If you hire them, be prepared for their equipment to be in disrepair and to break down constantly. Prepare yourself for plenty of excuses and poor follow through. Prepare yourself for them to no show or be hours late to the job. And if you raise an issue with the work, prepare to have Ron threaten you with a lien and be unwilling to handle the issue like an adult.
