Cava was its most recent grand opening and I'm so happy they are adding healthy option places. There is always security present and walking the mall. During high peak season they don't hire extra help to sort any congestion in parking lots and security for extra added attention to detail. Cross county is great on holiday festivities and love food drink market they have throughout the year. Great Prices and safety while shopping is so important and I definitely feel safe shopping here. On her last visit, my aunt who just had knee surgery and had a cane made a much needed trip to Aldi. She purchased her items and when she went back to her car she noticed that it was missing! Security claimed that she had left the mall. What they did was see that she was alone and looked to be not going to a store in the mall and trailed behind her to tow her car when in reality she going to a nearby trashcan. The mall security was of no help and NOT in uniform! Instead of aiding in the situation, he stood there with his hand on his taser and a smug look and the other men surrounding my aunt,all not in uniformed just yelling at my aunt who has a cane. If she did not come out when she did her car would have been gone and there would have been no notice and noone whose associated with the mall to help. Hopefully this has not happened to anyone else and WILL NOT because of this post. Ladies be alert if you are parking here and handicap persons, please be prepared to have no assistance from security. And to other patrons BEWARE they are towing cars of mall patrons claiming they are not in the store.

This Mall is normally very refreshing clean environment where you feel safe walking around while shopping and eating. This time was different there was a lot of teenagers. (Let me keep it real a bunch of Little YN's) I mean from the minute you parked your car you had a groups of teens smoking weed in the parking lot in between cars. There were different groups of 5-6 teens just walking around talking loud and being very obnoxious throughout the mall. It was never like that before having so much unsupervised teens. Definitely did not see a lot of security as prior visits so honestly I got my stuff and kept it moving. With how these teenagers are acting these days you see crowds of them and you just know it's time to go.

Inventory is often incorrect, to the extent that I wonder if it's intentional…read more I'll plan my shop before I arrive, and pretty much every trip will have 1 or 2 items that are not available. The shelving is also incorrect (eg today I was looking for moisturizer that I couldn't find in aisle with other skincare products, I check in the app and it has it in a different aisle. I check that location and it's all petfood. I've also had issues where frozen product (icecream bars etc) had obviously completely melted at some point and refrozen all as a mess (which you can't check without opening carton so I now do that before leaving store). Last trip had to pull down several boxes of eggs until finding a box with cartons that didn't have broken eggs. The first time I couldn't find a product I was looking for I asked at customer service and they were completely unhelpful. Often there will be zero shopping carts etc. The upside is that almost always when I visit this location it's not busy so at least it's easy to move around the store, go though checkout and security etc.

BJ's Riverdale rose to the occasion and delivered for a very important occasion!…read more Needed a last minute birthday cake for my Father in Law's 95th birthday. Was in a panic, the beautiful cake that was designed for the occasion was ruined by a mishap. This BJ's is a different set up, located within a strip mall. Upon entering the location, customers take an escalator downstairs to enter the store. The day I visited the escalator was not working. Walk in, and the place is bright, clean, and organized enough that you don't feel like you're on an episode of Supermarket Survivor. The aisles are wide, the shelves are stocked, and the produce section doesn't look like it's been through a food fight. The atmosphere is quiet, no crowds, for a Saturday late morning. The prices are amazing! This location has one of the nicest, well stocked, freshly prepared baked goods department that I have ever experienced at a BJ's. Special thanks to Samir the Manager of Bakery. Whom went above and beyond to make my Father in laws birthday cake special by taking the time to put special designs, writings, and gave it a special touch. Could not have been more grateful, and highly appreciative for the thoughtfulness and kindness. My Father in law was all smiles, and is very easy to please.
