I looked up the reviews of their approved shop and wasn't too impressed. A friend of ours recommended we go to B&J Auto Body for the needed repairs and I'm glad we did. Not surprisingly the insurance company tried to lowball everything every step of the way. B&J did an outstanding job in dealing with the insurance company and getting them to understand that you cannot cut corners and the car needed to repaired properly. It took much back and forth with the insurance company but B&J prevailed and the car was done right. I know cars and I'm pretty meticulous. My car had gotten hit and it broke my axel. first off these people (the owner Elmer) said that he could do body work AND mechanical work which was NOT true. And i asked that question like a hundred times before i even gave them my car. It was a nightmare and it ended up with him charging my insurance company with parts that i had just bought for my car that were not even involved with the accident. He was definitly not used to a woman who knows every single thing abut her car and has purchased every part. When i confronted him he hung up on me i just went and got my car and told him ill see you in court. DONT DO IT!!!
