One worker gave us her little flatbed cart instead of us carrying our plants out. There are plenty carts there to use, we THOUGHT we were just going there to look but the plants were so beautiful we just had to buy a couple. The gentleman that was answering all our questions made sure we knew how to plant them, what was needed etc. without the hard sell or really any sell on their own product. As far as pricing, the quality you get is worth the price.

Most recently I came in to find a birthday gift for a friend and order a Christmas centerpiece for my mother in law. I entered the shop and noticed there were a couple of ladies working. I was not greeted at all, no eye contact even. It was as if I wasn't there. I walked around the entire store hoping they'd make contact with me but for a half an hour, I got nothing. As I was walking through, one of the employees walked past me holding a box of some sort and as she walked behind me, she let her elbow rub along my back as if I was in her way. No excuse me, no I'm sorry. I didn't know what to think! I was so terribly disappointed by my visit that I don't think I will be back for some time if ever.
