She seemed surprised and stated she'd never heard that type of feedback before. Told her I would just give up since I'd discovered they don't answer their own phones during business hours, no point in leaving another message. She took my information anyway and said she would pass along the fact no one had contacted me. Now well into the evening, no call back again. They must have plenty of customers that they don't need any more business.
