He will only bother with things he needs if you ask him for anything he will take 2 weeks to get back to u. At some point the front door broke of the hinge on a windy day because it was 5 inches short and missing screws. He said nothing at the time and tried to charge us 400 dollars. Even though this wasn't our fault and when we looked the model up from the sticker on it it was $125. Then when we told him that he said $66 for each 4 of us and tried to pocket our money. We ended up settling on $25 each. But trust me he's greedy. In the beginning when we moved in our friend backed out because of the condition of the place, there was a mold issue in the basement and lead paint and ungrounded outlets. He told us he gave him his deposit back before we agreed to pay garbage even though he pocketed his $500 security deposit. Also when our other roommate said he needed 5 days for his paycheck to pay rent he immediately said he was taking him to court. Overall would not recommend was a terrible landlord and was stressful to deal with.

When we complained that it was too cold, maintenence came in and stapled translucent sheeting to the windows. Tacky. Picked a random house to live in, they'll move in anyone. He does not make repairs and rarely cashes rent on time. He frequently ignores calls and texts, and is frankly a headache to deal with. On a personal level he is unprofessional, at times rude, and condescending. AVOID at all costs. Based on our tenant/landlord relationship, I would not hire him to be my realtor if he was the last one on earth.
