I would strongly urge anyone considering this builder to look elsewhere unless you want to spend your time fighting for basic quality and accountability. We hired a 3rd party engineer to evaluate the foundation they installed incorrectly, and they recommended removing and replacement. We continue to wait for a remedy nearly 1 year after they broke ground. They left us homeless in retirement, would have rated zero if we could. Buyers beware
