To me, this felt like such a strange area to have a playground. Behind the playground is a factory/packing plant or something, and then at the end of the street you have the back of the airport and yet it was kind of cute. As with most of the playgrounds in the City of West Torrens area the playground is rather dated compared to some council areas (although not as old as some either). There were two play 'forts', one for younger children and one for slightly older children. The swings have the trademark West Torrens squares of rubber underneath them and the rest of the playground is bark chipped.
While there isn't a great deal of shade, there is a little bit built into the play 'forts'.
Hold onto your hats....there's not only a drinking fountain but there's also a tap!!
The tennis courts look to be in great condition with a sheltered seating area right beside them.
