I, of course, understand that weather is out of everyone's control and will cause delays. in NC storms are rarely even a week long event. But 3 weeks later my furniture had still not been picked up. I contacted the company and was told they could pick it up in a few days, would give me $100 off the price and would turn it around in 2 weeks. I explained that I was moving in 5 weeks, so I would need them to commit to the 2 weeks. I waited another week before the pieces were finally picked up. I immediately got a bill for the balance and there was no $100 credit. 3 weeks later I contacted them again to confirm the delivery and was told they needed a few more days, which I agreed to. then a week later I called and told them I needed the pieces in 4 days. there was no apology but they said they would commit to deliver the pieces the day of my move in the morning. they did not deliver until 4:00 pm. I immediately got a bill for the full amount due, no $100 discount again and a charge for replacing 5 pieces of wood which they did NOT replace. One piece suffered a break in its foot, due to rot, and also had some of the wood actually missing, leaving a gap when the pieces were put together. Joshua was able to restore the bench gorgeously.
