Let's me start off, I'm not a recent client of Brittany. It's been about 3 years now and I'm eternally grateful to her. She went above and beyond and found me an area of town I grew to love. I never thought I would live in the zip code she found me. She had my back throughout the process and would gladly give her my business again if I ever decide to sell or need anyone needs a realtor - I will not hesitate for a second to recommend Brittany to anyone! read more

Words cannot describe our experience with Brittany and her team with the purchase of our new property. We had THE best experience and it went so smoothly, even though it seemed a bit complex for us. I had bookmarked her name for a few years, as I kept running across rave reviews of her, and I told myself I would use her if and when I needed a realtor. Well, the time came when we needed help with our 1031 exchange to purchase a new property. Brittany and Hisham made the entire process so smooth, even though it seemed quite challenging for us with our short time frame, very limited inventory, and all this during the holidays. Brittany was always quick to respond, attentive, patient, professional, and really understood our needs. She knows the market well and definitely, has an upper hand on how to negotiate with your best interests. We did not have to settle with all these requirements we had. We found a property perfect for us and we are beyond thrilled! We will continue to use Brittany and will always refer her to others. She is honestly the best there is and you can tell she really cares about you! I would love to add more to this review about our experience after we purchased the property but I don't want to spoil the experience for others. Give her and her team a call and find out for yourself. I bet you will also want to write reviews and rave about her to everyone! read more

Just wanted to share our feedback on Brittany Leighton and her team who were instrumental in helping us find our new home. Amazing, Exceptional, Meticulous, Compassionate! Brittany and her team are THE best agents that we have ever had...period. My wife and I have owned/leased over 9 homes over the years. Previously, we never felt represented by our agent. Rather, they would do just enough to earn their commission, but no more than that. Completely different story with Brittany. During our first call with her, she walked us through her process highlighting the "what's" as well as the "why's". She set expectations with a competitive market. She answered all of our questions. Again, this was just day one...but that's all that we needed. Brittany's team quickly dialed in what we were looking for. They would ask questions initially to understand the profile and parameters for the desired home. They then quickly illustrated their understanding by highlighting "must have" items as we were touring homes. We never once had to repeat ourselves...they had listened and understood the first time. Once we found "the" house, Brittany and team accelerated. They spoke to the listing agent to understand our competition. They assembled our offer package keeping us appraised every step of the way. Simply put, they gave us our best chance at securing our desired home -even in the face of massive competition. Guess what...we won thanks to their help. We won without having to resort to a bidding war. You must understand that Brittany's offer package goes beyond just the dollar amount. It brings her clients front and center as part of the offer. At this point, most agents would have gone on to other clients. Not Brittany and her team. They continued to advise us on utilities, movers, and many, many other things. As Brittany always says: you are my client long after the transaction completes. You are my client for life. Those are easy words to say; however, Brittany and her team illustrate them each and every day. Not only are we clients for life...we have established new friendships with Brittany and her team. I will end this review the way it was started: Brittany and her team are THE best agents that we have ever had...period. read more

Brittany was an absolute pleasure to work & close escrow with! I've been a realtor for nearly 11 years and have never wrote a review for another agent before; However..... Brittany's present and future clients need to know what an absolute standout she is! We recently worked together on the sale of my sister's condo, where she represented the buyers. Brittany diligently worked with this wonderful family for nearly TWO years, while they searched for their first home. Out of the 10 offers received hers stood out and was selected. She demonstrated great knowledge of the contract, on a very complicated transaction. Her intricate knowledge of the contract and excellent communication allowed for her buyers feel stress free and confident while they awaited their purchase. I speak for everyone involved when I say that I am VERY grateful to have worked along side her on this real estate transaction, she's a real Pro! read more

We worked with our realtor, Brittany Leighton, to find the house we're currently renting. Touring with her was so seamless and comfortable, I felt like I was touring houses with a friend. She had property summaries PRIN TEDOUT ***with pictures*** organized in a folder so I could take notes and compare properties while conducting tours. On site, she pointed out hazards at properties that would pose a threat to my kids. There were properties on the my "love" list that I totally forgot about... she squeezed them into our touring window because she KNEW they were exactly what we were looking for. When we finally decided on a house, she did all the behind-the-scenes work and sent me polished e-documents for my signature. She showed up on moving day with the most thoughtful house-warming package. I was so impressed, not only as a client, but as a fellow woman. This girl... is an inspiration. read more

We are fortunate in getting connected with Brittany Leighton during our search for a new home. We were first time homebuyers with very little knowledge about the process and finding the right place for us. She is honest and very hands on from beginning to end. Our situation was unique because of the VA loan restrictions and low inventory in the city we picked. It took us a long time to find the "one" so she was very patient and we never felt forced to make an offer. She had many strategies just to put you ahead of the game. Brittany helped my family find the perfect home in a very short period of time; during a period when the entire world was changing and adapting to the pandemic. Her professionalism and experience made it a seamless process. My family are by now experienced movers (this is our sixth dwelling in the past seven years since we moved to California) and this has been by far the least stressful house-hunting experience we have ever had. She has excellent communication skills, is attentive, and non-obtrusive. We checked out approximately 15 places in two and a half weeks and ended up getting a place that is better than we could have imagined.
