Husband has taken to the outside walking path. The locker rooms are clean, as well as the gym floor and the equipment. I haven't tried any of the other services, but I did try their protein shakes. The 2 different ones I tried were good, and if it keeps me from hurrying home and feeling the need to eat everything in it is a win. There is an 18-month contract, they are a little more expensive than other gyms, but the other gyms don't have a sauna, hot tub, and pool.
