Today, 6 months after canceling my policies, I received a bill saying that they did not cancel my policy when I requested it. Today I looked for this person again to ask her why I received that bill, and the person who, by the way, is quite rude, answers me that I have to pay it and that's it. I definitely do not recommend this person at all. I was looking for reviews of her and I could see that I am not the only person to whom this lady has done this.

When I called the office, they told me they would reimburse me a random amount that did not correlate with what I was billed which of course, I didn't accept. I was told they would call back. When I called and said I was going to file a dispute with my banking institution for fraud, the agent/receptionist was incredibly rude and told me "I told you we were giving you a refund and you weren't satisfied." I wasn't satisfied b/c the refund is less that the amount they deducted. I would 100% seek another agent or location before giving them by business. She was super responsive and super transparent. She texted and emailed me to follow-up, but wasn't obnoxious or pushy.
