Great location downtown within walking distance of anything needed. Street parking or garage up…read morethe road if needed. Different concept with no front desk staff and enjoy it. This is the second time I have stayed and they are great with communication for instructions and access. The rooms are nice for an older building. Yes there may be a few character items within an old building, but for me that is part of the experience! Comfortable beds, clean and quiet during my stay to enjoy an awesome night of rest.

Terrible Service! They took over $1,800.00 dollars from a disabled veteran who couldn't no longer…read moremake it to the reservation due to the disability worsening. They did not care and did not give the disabled veteran a refund. Scam mentality & not a good business ethically. They also wouldn't release information such as business agent contact information for litigation purposes. Wrong, illegal, and this hotel will still be reported to the courts. (January 2026 Occurrence With Statute of Limitations) P.S. Out of all the hotels in Bangor, go to one that doesn't treat individuals like this. Especially disabled veterans.

Their hot and sour soup is my absolute favorite-- no other compares! I highly recommend grabbing a bowl while you're there. Also, another one of my favorites are the steamed vegetable dumplings...yum! Another positive is the drinks. They're very reasonably priced and VERY good! Usually when I have a drink at a restaurant I find them hard to enjoy because they're so sweet. This is definitely not the case at chopsticks! They're mixed perfectly! If you love Chinese food, give this place a try. You won't be disappointed!

I got food from here around the holidays. I knew they had…read moreswitched ownership so I had hoped that some of the old problems had been fixed with new ownership. No. I got chicken, rice, and teriyaki beef sticks. My beef sticks were literally inedible. Spoiled, tasted like they were in a freezer for a year or something. Literally the worst taste I've ever tasted from a restaurant. I would say invest in fresh food and quality. I hate giving a bad review anywhere because I know how hard it is as a business owner. But really fix the food quality please.

The food was amazing, the price was great and the staff was unbelievable! They worked with us from start to finish planning our food and drinks for the event and day-of the staff was right on schedule and extremely helpful with our event. Everyone had a great time and the bar tenders even stayed later than I'm sure they expected and were out on the dance floor with us. So many of our guests came up to us and told us how fantastic the caterers were. The bartender knew everyone's drink and even remembered a lot of guests names. Anytime they ran out of a certain drink or if someone requested something they didn't have, they ran to the store across the street and got it for us without asking. Totally professional and impressive. If you need someone to cater your event, you couldn't ask for anyone better than Jeff's catering!
