It took us forever to find this place, ppl kept sending us the wrong way. If your lost and reading…read morethis, House of Blues is right next to Cirque du Soleil. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because we had to wait over 30 min to be seated even though we had a reservation and the place was not that full (idk what the hold up was). Our waitress was great, very attentive and accommodating. The ambience was great for a group of 8. It's a pretty big place, there's outside seating or inside, you can sit close to the live music or at the back, where you still hear the music but is you can still talk to people at the table (the back also has a great view of the water ;) ) Everything everyone ordered was delicious. I had the nachos. 4 people could have eaten from that plate and all be satisfied.

I felt like a kid again, and honestly, pretty amazing. Once we arrived, the experience only got better. The venue was huge, spotless, and incredibly well organized. The only thing to know going in is that the location can be a little tricky - give yourself at least an extra hour. Parking is shared with Islands of Adventure and a ton of other nearby attractions (side thought: you definitely have the perfect excuse to eat at any of the restaurants within before the show so try that for a combo moment on date night), so on a busy night you'll be navigating traffic, security checks, wandering crowds, and then the concert check-in before you even get to your seat. It's worth it, though. If you can, grab a seat right in the center facing the stage. The sound and sightlines there are perfect. It's the ideal setup for a sit-down, soak-it-all-in kind of concert - and that's exactly what this turned out to be. I'm one happy camper!
