This is a typical country town pub. We stopped for dinner with fairly low expectations. It was almost completely full of quite noisy elderly people about our age who were all obviously having a great time. My wife and I ordered the BBQ Ribs and wings to share and our daughter ordered the Scotch Fillit. Ribs can be pretty ordinary, but they were amazing. Melt in your mouth and super tasty. My daughter loved her steak. I tried a bit and it was the best we had had after eating in restaurants, pubs and fancy, on our 3 week holiday, and this was far and away the best. The deserts were also great. The staff were charming country good people and could not have been more helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend it. read more
