Having said that , I have noticed certain details in this companies structure. My wife and I have been self storage renters at Downtown self storage since July 2022 . Qualities that caught our attention were the storage design , its neat and clean appearance' and their managers kindness and willingness to help. . Over the months . the storage facility is still well kept and clean and Tony Davis' smile and her effort to support us and her company are effortless. However , there is a glitch , that we have noticed in the management area. There seems to be an out of balance in the local management position. Her job description and responsibility does not balance out with her authority and ease to make decisions based on her job description . Local managers should be able to make decisions that best suit the local area as well as the company policies. They should be able to easily weave through the company's computer system without having to ask permission for each step or each decision.. We here in Bristol have seen someone in the chain of upper management that may cause this company to fail in the near future , My hope is that a balance is corrected and this self storage company continues with its good reputation produced by this local manager .

I didn't even come to rent a truck, just to get moving supplies (which is a terrific selection, by golly they have everything, even sale items) and they were still very helpful. They even pointed me to the Free ReUse Box for which I was very grateful, I discovered moving is expensive. My friend loves to use these folks to rent an occasional truck for her catering business too, and has nothing but good things to say about this business here. The place has history, it used to be a Datsun car dealership and they have pictures on the wall of that, now how cool is that?!

Even if you need propane, this place is a rip off in comparison to the per pound pricing in the area.
