PSI EXCEEDED even my highest expectations. Before they began cleaning, they took the time to walk around my house with me, listening carefully and thoughtfully addressing each of my concerns. I was particularly concerned about the landscaping around the foundation and in close proximity to the house, even going so far as to say, "I'd rather have a dirty house as dead plants," so as to stress the importance of protecting the landscaping. Respectful of my concerns, they showed me the bio-safe labels on their cleaning solution and assured me that no harm whatsoever would come to the landscaping -- and they were true to their word. Not one single plant or even a limb or a leaf was harmed from pulling the long hoses around the house or from the cleaning solution itself. It's been two weeks now and the plants are still in perfect condition. PSI soft-washed the entire house, (roof, siding, awnings, shutters and decks) and absolutely EVERYTHING looks brand new now. It's TRULY amazing. They even washed my white deck furniture which now looks like the day it came out of the box. On top of being EXPERTS at what they do, they were gentlemen and professionals from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. They showed up on time, on the scheduled day, and were courteous, considerate and conscientious at every turn. Now that I've been the beneficiary of their work and had the pleasure of dealing with them personally, I'm not surprised that they were booked solid when I first called, (which I actually considered to be a good thing) so I needed to wait a few weeks for an appointment but I'M SO GLAD I DID. We had them come to bring trees down that were leaning over our house. They did that, but caused a…read morehuge divot in our driveway which they took off $100 for. Then, we had them build a retaining wall and they made divots with the machine in our driveway as well. We were leaving and paid them for the job thinking it would be finished that day. Well, they get 4 bells of hay and lay them on the bank, don't finish the wall, and are supposed to bring a load of gravel for the back part of the driveway they dug up. It took them a month to come back to lay the gravel. The still didn't finish the wall at this point. I call them and ask them when it will be finished and what the plan was with the bells of hay. He tells me the city "made" him buy them but not to spread it.... Makes sense. Then he says he will be here Friday (today). He sends his dad today to finish the wall and my husband texts him asking him not to let whoever was doing it throw the excess block over the bank. Well, they did. My husband calls to ask him why and he says "we didn't do that". My husband had spent the entire day before cleaning out what they dumped during the project. When he was told that, he hung up the phone on my husband. It was clear that once they got their money they did NOT care about finishing the job. Very disappointing considering we waited a month for them to finish and spent a LARGE amount of money and this is how the owner decides to treat us.

They did top tier work and not sure how they did it but they managed to miss my house and my building and landed right in between. Then they cut the stump back to almost ground level, so it was easy to remove and was A nuisance while we waited on the tree stump service to come. I will definitely use them in the future for all my tree cutting needs. Also their price was the best out of four other companies that I called by quite a bit and the professionalism really showed from a minute they came on my property.
