Contracted Tree Doctor to remove two trees. One tree was overhanging neighbors fence and was…read morelocated in a tree line on my property. After the overhanging portion was addressed and fell correctly the remaining portion was handled poorly. The tree team proceeded to fall the remaining portion on our property, it was 20 foot tall that was cut at the base. It should have been cut into smaller sections that could have been lowered down avoiding damage to other nearby trees. They failed to use caution in their assessment of how this long tree would fall and in the process split in half and destroyed a healthy tree approximately 6 feet away. We lost the healthy tree due the mishandling. The company made an adjustment to the cost of the project for the loss of the tree.

Unfortunately, during the removal process, damage occurred to a wooden privacy fence I have. Derek, let me know about it and gave me his word that he would make the necessary repairs and "not leave me high and dry." However, after two months, he has not done so even after I reached out to him. In addition to this, he failed to mention damage to a chain link fence.
