I drove straight from that place to Goodyear, and while I was there, 2 more people came looking for a shoe place that does what others don't/can't/won't. She warned me ahead of time that there were a number of pairs of zippered boots ahead of mine, so it wouldn't be a super quick turnaround. I told her to take her time, that they were unwearable in that condition, so waiting on a repair wouldn't change that fact. I grew up in a different city in a different state, but I knew this place. It's the place that's been there for years; where your parents and grandparents always went; where things are done for the customer not just for the money. Once the center of a bustling downtown, it's where people from every walk of life would come on the way to work, or at lunch and knew the staff by name. Now a little faded and a little quieter but the same place you could count on a job done at a fair price.

"coming apart" , He didnt even clean the boots while doing a resole and heel replacement. . JT turned my 650.00 boots into 50.00 boots. and i had to pay him 150 to do it!
