Drying is 0.25 per 5 mins. You can pay for how many 5 mins you want. And the heat settings are low, medium and high. There is a washroom on site and multiple TVs with the news on. They have a change machine and it only takes cash and only spits out tokens. It does not give you quarters in return. They have a little dispenser machine to pay for laundry detergent if you need to buy some on site. Lots of parking all around.

I really appreciate this level of detail and have never been asked this in over 25 yrs of getting pants hemmed. My questions about taking in an OTR suit were also well answered. She proceeded to scream at my mother and when we asked to speak with management, physically threw the phone on the counter towards us. Management made her give us credit for another machine to rinse our laundry and when my mother tried to explain that she was grateful, the worker plugged her ears and started yelling. She stopped only to say that she prays we will never come back. After such a traumatizing experience, we absolutely will not be coming back!!
