When determining what size to order they used a tape measure to demonstrate how the fit would be. There were shipping issues (related to government shutdown and getting through customs) and they strongly advocated with the designer as well as other bridal shops that had the same dress in the event the dress was never shipped! Thankfully the dress was shipped and they helped me connect with an alterations place and expedite the process! I had a wonderful experience!

I would never recommend this bridal dress company. They…read moreknowingly sold a size 0 dress even though my waist clearly measured as a size 2. Lana, the owner, admitted this on the phone but advised nothing could be done since we "signed" on sizing. This isn't just a minor mistake, it's careless, especially when dealing with brides who are under tight timelines. My wedding is only five weeks away, and instead of feeling excited and supported, l'm now disappointed that I'm down $1700. A reputable bridal boutique should guide customers honestly about sizing. The dress that I tried in store was a size 8 and there was no possible way of knowing what my actual size would fit like. I trusted Lana, the owner/expert) based on the measurements that she took and we talked in detail what a size O and a size 2 would feel like. If she knew my waist measures at a 2, why allow me to purchase a size too small? Reading other reviews on google and her inability to take accountability based on her responses when provided with constructive criticism leads me to believe that the same will happen to me. That's okay. Just want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else 5 weeks before their wedding.
