I was going through a mental health crisis after stopping all of my medications that Dr. Murray prescribed. Stopping the medication was my choice. I was going through chronic pain issues for the last 4 years and felt like the medication made me feel like a robot with zero emotions. I wanted to stop my medications, but Dr Murray gave me ZERO support. She actually told me I would be on medication the rest of my life because of how I was brought up. I wanted to lean on Dr. Murray's team incase I had any questions through the withdrawal process. But instead, I was on my own. So terrified to go through this alone with no medical team support. Dr. Murray's medical assistant Jenna, called me to tell me, "That they support me in whatever I want to do, but WHENNN I have psychotic, NOTTT IFFF I have a psychotic break, but WHENNN I have one, I need to take myself to the emergency room." I was then told we will see you in 8 months for your yearly check up. Then the call was over. I got ZEROOO support on "what to do next". I've been on medication for over 10 years, I wanted support and someone I could call if I had questions. I got ZERO support! I've in turn found an entire new set of doctors, and wouldn't wish my experience on anyone. especially someone trying to get to the root cause of their chronic pain issues. I am now in a good state of mind to write this review without being severely pissed off. Currently 6 months of my meds and I finallyyyy feel like myself!

It's just off 141 on Manchester close to Commerce Bank. Dr Penilla is a very nice doctor and again, the speed that you can get in and out is fantastic. They have handled my insurance with zero issues. I don't have the need to go to a doctor often, but when I do he is who I visit. The check in app has it way off Manchester for some reason and I have submitted an updated locations so hopefully that will get fixed.

Look for the clock tower to find Mercy. I saw Dr Cristian Sutter for the first time. He was detailed about gathering health history info and ordering appropriate tests. I like how the lab and specialist referrals are done directly through the computer system. It gives me confidence that nothing would fall through the cracks. Dr Sutter and his staff are low key and casually dressed. The walls and instruments looked clean, but the light in the exam room I was in was dirty and the exam rooms look sad and tired. The staff seem pleasant and competent, but as a whole, the clinic doesn't exude personality. I am comfortable with my medical care so I will be back..

This doctor and staff are totally incompetent. Dr Gage being my primary care doctor , I contacted…read morethe office because I need parts for my C-Pap machine and I'm on Medicare. Gave them information on where I did sleep study and then waited to hear back from them. Finally called them back and was told that that company did nor deal with Medicare. They told me that they reached out to a company that excepted Medicare and that they placed the order and I should hear back from them shortly. Waited a few days , called the office back and told them that I hadn't heard back from anyone. The gave me the number and told me I could try contacting them myself. I called the C-Pap parts place and was told that the doctors office didn't give them the information they needed to fill the order. So I called the doctors office back and was told that they had sent ALL the paper work back to the parts place. Called the parts place back and was told they needed a signed order as to why this was medically necessary. Called doctors office back and was told I needed to contact my ENT doctor back or the place where I had the sleep study done. Told the lady that I didn't have a ENT doctor and that I had given them the name of the place where I had the sleep test done to begin with. They contacted them and found out that the sleep study place did not deal with Medicare. That's when the doctors officetold me the had contacted this outside company who sold parts ans delt with Medicare. Now Dr Gage'soffice is telling me that Dr Gage refused to sign off on me being able to get the parts I need for my C Pap machine. I have never delt with a more incompetent Doctor or doctors office staff. Stay clear of this man.

Trying to get a…read morereferral sent in time for your parents or your appointment is a joke, even if you call weeks in advance. Their referral department policy is to wait until the day before the appointment to send it and normally it doesn't get there in time, Waste of your time and the specialist you waited a month to see. Getting the referral sent requires a lot of time calling and holding on phone for 20 minutes at a time- babysitting staff to do their job, for two days prior to your appointment. Disgusting how this process is handled at this office. Dr Gage is ok as a doctor but your only as good as your team .....
