At BrightWave Myofascial Release, I help people get out of pain and back to living an active lifestyle. Myofascial Release will help with chronic pain, stiffness, headaches, low back pain and many other conditions. Let’s talk today about what’s holding you back from living your life to the fullest and how MFR can help you achieve those goals!
History
Established in 2013.
Since becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2013, I’ve dedicated myself to exploring and mastering various therapeutic techniques. For years, I practiced cupping and deep tissue massage, but I found that these methods often provided only temporary relief for my clients.
In August 2022, I made a significant shift in my practice, dedicating myself exclusively to John Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR). This change came after attending a transformative seminar in Sedona, AZ, where I experienced firsthand the profound impact of MFR. This technique not only provided remarkable, lasting results for my clients but also helped me resolve my own emotional trauma and experience greater freedom in my body.
In my free time, I love knitting, getting lost in a good book, binge-watching Netflix series, and traveling to new places. These activities help me stay balanced and inspired, which I bring into every session with my clients. I can't wait to help you on your healing journey!
