I'm generally a laid back person, however, upon my last visit, one of the employees jokingly stated, "shut the fuck up," when I asked him how he didn't notice the awful print job that he attempted to make me pay for. On another occasion, the same employee asked me how my last print looked, because he wasn't happy with the way it turned out. My mistake for not fully inspecting it and trusting this employee for doing his job. This place only gets business, because they are the only independent print shop in the area. If you need decent print work for documents or photographs, go to Staples instead or use one of the many online print labs that charge less than Nefra and offer superior quality. Their "high end gifts," are average. I suggest checking out Collage in West York, or one of the Christmas Tree shops for gifts that are comparable to theirs. You should never ever feel as I did upon entering a business like this, let alone PAYING for their services, while being mistreated. Not recommended. Over priced. Terrible customer service.
