My mom has several severe medical conditions and requires oxygen to live. While hospice has provided a new oxygen concentrator, they had not been out to inspect and hook it up. Lincare decided to show up with no warning while my mom was home alone and took her oxygen concentrator AND her nasal cannula. The driver literally left her without her oxygen and no way to hook up to ANY new equipment. Luckily she was able to call us and articulate the problem, but by the time we got home she was on the floor struggling to breathe with oxygen levels at 73%. Medics were called and responded within 10 minutes and were thankfully able to stabilize her. I immediately called Lincare and was told by 2 different people (Ray and Gregory) at the San Diego location that the driver, only identified as Chris, did exactly what he was supposed to do. Apparently, it is their job to leave patients without life sustaining medical necessities. I can't believe this is what our society has come to. Not only the lack of observance in medical care, but also the lack of common sense one must possess to remove her ability to connect to oxygen. Please watch out for your loved ones and choose a company that has a little more compassion and sense of responsibility.

The following Tuesday they have no record of the order and they just don't care. Brianna answers the phone and not only offers no solution to their mistake which avoids a lapse in usage, but is rude and uncaring and hangs up the phone on me mid-sentence. Unbelievable! Deliveries of supplies are always late and sometime never show up at all. These guys are the worst of the worst!

I had to change the bandage myself with the only set of supplies provided me by the wound center, so there is no coming back when you feel like it. My regular nurse, Mimi, has always provided excellent care. I had a problem with Maria day one. She didn't want to show at the time I requested and then didn't show at all on the day we scheduled. Very poor customer service and care.

We told them our budget, (it was limited), geographically where we would like to keep mom, and what my mom's issues were. We even threw in the catch that we only wanted places where my mom could have her cat. They found 4 places, all of them great, and mom selected one. Two years later when my mom's dementia was much worse they helped us find a wonderful board and care facility that could give her the increased level of assistance she needed. With the recent passing of my mom I hope to never need their services again, but wouldn't hesitate to call them if I do.

While still able to get around with her walker, she needed assistance for many of her daily functions. As we are both in our late 70's, we determined that some in-home weekly assistance would be needed. Relying on Yelp reviews we contacted San Diego Home Caregivers and met with the owner Sterling Miles. It was clear from the start that finding the right caregiver and meeting all of Mom's needs was his top priority. He even gave us information on other options in case his services might not meet our needs. He is genuine in his concern and commitment to providing top level care. We could not have been more impressed when we met Mom's new caregiver Jasmine. Her cheerful, warm personality was a perfect fit, and Mom was immediately comfortable with her. She went out of her way to not only care for Mom but to also help us in any way she could. Unfortunately, by the end of January Mom was at the end stage of her life. Because she was so comfortable with Jasmine, we had her continue to come even though Mom also had Hospice care by that time.
