Here it goes the next day Harrison(owner) texts why didn't you show up for your shift I'm like what shift? Vanessa didn't call me text me or anything like she said if she wanted me to take a shift. I would think if it's an urgent matter, you need someone the next day you would make sure you spoke to the person before you telling anyone I was going to do the shift. Nope! The owner Harrison calls me to talk about the situation then says look like you haven't been on our app is 11 days sir what does that have anything to do with this situation basically after they realized they messed up they tried to say why haven't I looked at the app in 11days lol joke right! You did hire me for PRN? I pick up shifts on the app when I can and if you contact me directly I'll pick it up If I don't have a client that day. Im not sure what he don't understand about PRN or maybe he was just frustrated that he was under staff. All the nurses that were assigned to me were so sweet and supportive i could tell they love what they do. They took care of my baby during postpartum and made sure that we were okay. The food was amazing too lol i was surprised about that i always just assumed hospital food was nasty but their breakfast lunch and dinner were soooo yummy! I would give 5 stars but i didnt only because they apparently lost the clothes i arrived at the hospital in. I voiced this concern to one of the nurses and she said it was nowhere to be found. I just thought that was irritating because it was my favorite articles of clothing :/

Staff was friendly at the check in counter, and I did not have to wait too long to get signed in. I had already spent 50 minutes on the phone for the preoperative interview. The preparation for my surgery didn't take too long either. The nursing staff was very friendly and professional. The Anestesia Doctor did his job, but he was not extremely personable. To him, I was just a number. However, my Doctor Karen Buhariwalla was amazing. She explained what would happen in the upcoming procedure, and made small talk to make me feel confident, and relaxed. After the surgery the dismissal process was easy. Noone wants to have anything to do with a hospital, but if I ever have to, I would chose this one.
