I'll start by saying the care we received for our daughter has been good - excluding the "forms…read moresorter" Krystal who left my wife in tears. Unfortunately the office policies directed by the owner of the company may cause my wife her job. Our 18 month daughter was given a diagnosis of hand foot and mouth from a medical assistant via phone consultation. We were told to keep our daughter out of daycare until the blisters had scabbed over, which took 8 days. This direction was provided by the Medical Assistant in the form of an unofficial letter. My wife relied on Colorado FAMLI insurance to cover the week off of work required to care for our daughter while she allowed the illness to run its course. Now when my wife is trying to complete the claim with CO FAMLI coverage they are asking for a different letter from Premier Pediatrics and they are refusing to provide one.l covering the entire recovery time. As it was rudely indicated by Krystal at Premier 7/9 at 4:40 pm, it turns out the director Dr. Campbell doesn't see hand foot and mouth as requiring more than 2-3 days of recovery. Now my wife is on notice at work because of incomplete information provided by the office staff and Medical Assistant in the original letter provided. This could cause my wife to be terminated from her job.

We are so grateful to have found Centennial Valley Pediatrics. Both offices come highly recommended…read morein the mom groups, so we decided to go there for our daughter. We feel fortunate to have such a good team to help with our daughter. Our daughter was born at 32 weeks, so we were very intentional with choosing our pediatrician. We are so glad we chose Dr. Pulliam. She gives amazing care, takes the time to answer all of our questions, makes great recommendations, and really helped calm our fears with our concerns about our child's prematurity. Our daughter is thriving now at 20 months and we owe a big part of that to Centennial Valley Pediatrics. If you're trying to sift through the options for a pediatrician, definitely check out Centennial Valley Pediatrics. They give top notch care, are always willing to fit us in when our baby is sick, and they super knowledgeable. We also appreciate that we can reach out after hours for help and that there is a connection with Children's Hospital if something serious comes up.

We've never felt that they were rushed to get through our appointment - they always spend the time with us and make sure to ask us if we have any more questions. They answer everything fully and always put our minds at ease. Truly couldn't ask for a better place to bring our little girl! Thanks to everyone at Centennial Valley Pediatrics!!

When we finally arrived, we were turned away for being "late," even though we were within minutes of the scheduled time. Meanwhile, we were made to wait just to be told we wouldn't be seen. To make it worse, the office wasn't even busy. There seems to be constant turnover with both doctors and staff, and the overall experience feels disorganized and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this has been a repeated pattern, not a one-time issue.

I had to call in my kids for this check up. when I got there Amanda said they would only see one of my kids because we were late. Then she was running back and forth then was like oh look at that we don't take your insurance. My kids have been going to the doctor office since they were 4 and 6. They could have told me about the insurance ahead of me calling my kids out driving so far in the snow. Based on my last 2 visits of them trying to give my kids medicine they don't need. I should have changed doctors then. Amanda also recommended I go to the urgent care for physical because the service would be better. I actually did and the were so amazing So thanks for that.

They had someone in training do our babies shots and they didn't ask us if we were comfortable with that. Took a lot longer than it should have and they couldn't even decide/ guide us how we should hold our baby to make him comfortable. We could tell she wasn't comfortable doing it as well. The second nurse in the room also tried to take my baby from me as I'm holding him so she can hold him before/for his shots . Absolutely not. Why would a stranger holding him make him more comfortable before his shots? Don't try to grab him without asking when he's clearly in my arms and comfortable before he will be in pain. I understand everyone has to learn but let the parents decide if they're okay with that first. We weren't and it created a bad experience. We won't be back

Several days goes by and I get a call from the health department to set up an appointment for them to come to our house to test for lead. This past week the pediatrician office called to tell me he still had high lead and that they were going to have the health department call, I'm furious because the pediatrician office should have reached out first. Also, numerous times I have had my birth control shot, this is covered 100% by my insurance, by law, yet every single time they bill me a copay. Per the insurance company they bill it wrong. Getting ahold of someone in billing is impossible, they never return calls. Also if your doctor is out (while already treating you for things) you cannot see another doctor. My doctor is out, out of nowhere for 6-8 weeks. Yet, I cannot see another provider for the concerns Dr. Bauer was seeing me for. They treat you like a number here and the only thing they care about is their money. They do not care one bit about your actual health. Also, I have sent numerous emails through their online chart "Mychart" that get read (you can see when they are viewed by the staff) Yet they go un answered. It finally took me 3 emails and telling them how upset I was that no one was replying before I got a reply. Do not waste your time.

On top of being treated like an untouchable, we were constantly referred to places that either didn't take our insurance or didn't service the area. While the care may be decent, it just wasn't worth dealing with staff speaking to me like an idiot or hanging up on me on the phone.
