The…read moreclassrooms have that back to school feel, not being too up to date or tidily furnished, but with posters, board pens, white boards, OHPs and tables and chairs aplenty! The bonus factor is the building, with the high ceilings and big bay windows you'll find in many old Brighton sea-front buildings. In terms of courses, you'll find English classes (and examinations) for all levels from beginner to advanced (and including business English) held either here or in the neighbouring central Brighton branch. There are also often free classes, run by the teacher trainees on the CELTA courses. I'm doing CELTA (English as a foreign lanugage) here at the moment and finding it very well taught and well organised - going here is great to benefit from some many of the senior teachers' expertise in language and teacher training - well reccomended!

The only downer was that the two male head-teachers/people-in-charge seemed more interested in suits and handshakes than actually getting things done properly - they were very friendly, but organisation sometimes ran a bit awry whilst I was there! The class rooms and library all looked great though. And I really enjoyed my time there - all the kids were so optimistic about life, I miss those days!
