The brilliant thing about this shop is the owner who also deals with most of the customer orders. He really knows his stuff and can give you invaluable advice. Never fear when buying electrical goods here as they have to check everything out first before they can sell them. You can get a real bargain here and so you leave feeling great that you've got something super cheap whilst giving money to charity too. In West Brom you will always find a range of good vintage furniture items and they will deliver locally for a small fee. I have to limit my trips here as I have too small a house for the levels of furniture I buy. It's an addiction I know but I haven't yet found a furniture anonymous to attend.

The amount of stuff in the shop on West Bromwich High Street is staggering. There are tables, bookcases, chairs, stools, footrests, wardrobes, chests of drawers, the lot. The prices of a lot of the stuff are quite high - we're talking £150 for a restored bookcase. Generally this is because it's proper old-school hand-carved stuff and not horrific 1970s cast-offs which line their aisles. Most of it's not particularly my taste (or in my price range) but the quality is fantastic and probably far better than you'd find in a lot of antique shops.
