If you need any type of phone unlocking then this is the place to go they offer a friendly and speedy service, I also got a cup of tea while I waited for my phone to be unlocked. They sell a wide range of electrical gear as well as ornaments and a range of fancy goods as well. My children love going into this shop just to look around at the weird and wonderful things they have in.

This is called a Samsung Experience store, due to the amount of different Samsung products they have on offer, through some sort of chair to TV's and smart phones and their flagship Samsung Galaxy phones. I really liked this store, having very little interaction with Samsung products in the past and the whole concept of this store is excellent and quite rare to find in other Samsung stores, who based on past experience often have much poorer and smaller stores, as is the case in my hometown of Manchester. Despite being a huge Apple fan, I did like the new S8+ model, and liked how they made the demo model easier to see the key features such as a rather innovative and niche iris scanner. The staff around the store, of course, seemed friendly, and of course, the overall vibe was good, they also seemed to be a satisfactory yet not excellent selection of accessories, however the accessories selection as a whole, didn't compare to the selection, choice and quantity which one would find in an Apple Store. For the Samsung brand, this store is impressive, but overall it is just a very good store, and despite some flaws such as the overall building not standing out in terms of being modern, like most of the tech here, and other factors, perhaps a slight lack of information on some factors and not a range of accessories of which I'd call fantastic, I feel this store isn't perfect yet still has done enough to earn a four-star rating.

Good sales are on at the moment so you can pick up a few bargains, even on bigger items, the price can be negotiated if you buy alot of products. Staff are always friendly and very helpful.

I recently called these to see if they could have a look at my grandfathers cooker. ( the door…read morewould not close). My grandfather is 85 and could find the problem. However, when they came out to repair it, all that was required was on screw needed tightening. This took the technician less than 30 seconds to complete. He then charged £48.00 to do this!!! I will definately not be using these again and would not reccomend them to anybody else thinking about giving them a call.
