I recently called these to see if they could have a look at my grandfathers cooker. ( the door would not close). My grandfather is 85 and could find the problem. However, when they came out to repair it, all that was required was on screw needed tightening. This took the technician less than 30 seconds to complete. He then charged £48.00 to do this!!! I will definately not be using these again and would not reccomend them to anybody else thinking about giving them a call. read more
