Their selection of remnants was impressive and we found exactly what we were looking for. On the customer service end of things, we were able to make a next-day appointment to look at their products with a personal one-on-one employee. She was with us for about an hour, explaining products, helping us find things, and matching backsplash tiles. She was very knowledgeable. We visited a couple other places in Hudson that day before making a final decision and no one else could even meet with us for a week (though we could browse and see prices which were essentially the same at all 3 places). Selection wasn't as good as the other two places, however. Installation was fabulous. Two men came and measured with their equipment and the same men came back to install two weeks later with no hiccups. They were also very thorough and knowledgeable, helping us decide how many holes to drill for a faucet (or possible added soap dispenser) and shared what they were seeing as current trends, verifying finished edges, etc. They spent time to answer our questions and didn't seem rushed. They genuinely cared about the finished result and our happiness with it. Amazing from start to finish! We would highly recommend Gallery 77!

We engaged John last November to do knock down ceilings and paint our entire house after he completed a very nice job on a flooring project the year before. This new project did not go well. We discussed and agreed to the project schedule and expectations. What transpired was a serious lack of transparency and management. We were taken advantage of including paying for work that was never done and were told it was, hurried work that required rework multiple times, schedule slippage by multiple weeks causing us to incur additional costs and rescheduling subsequent contractors. John discussed making things right, however we were well past the point of allowing for this to continue and paid for a different contractor to finish the remaining rework.
