Sam, Matt, Wyatt, Frank, and Jamie have all been great about working with me to ensure I have a nice and informative website with all the pictures and my custom designed logo that I sent in and they have been wonderful to work with. They recommended 99 Designs for the creation of the practice logo I wanted and I couldn't be more pleased. I agree with one review in that you really never get to talk to anyone by phone unless you are first talking to Sam in sales and then you only get to speak with someone by phone when you make an appointment with your team. This was a little frustrating at first but I would imagine if they took every call without an appointment then the quality of their work would suffer. I got accustomed to making an appointment and it was always easy to do and they called promptly at the scheduled time. I have also received very prompt email replies from Frank when I had a question or an issue I needed addressed. We started this process in the fall of 2019 two years ago but I opted to wait to finish up the website and put it all on hold as I was overwhelmed with having to come up with the content as another provider three offices down from me was using all of the stock script from Brighter Vision. I found it easier to make my edits to my website when I first had the access to change the text in it but this time around when they re-opened my account, I was only allowed permissions to create tasks for my team to correct. I know that they will get it done as they have always been very prompt in making any changes that I requested. I just wish I could have saved both them and me time by just being able to change it myself like I did before. Otherwise, all was very good. I finally made the decision to get it done so that I could take it live and stayed up all night last night and have worked on it for two full days. I am anxious to see the final product once the Orange Team gets all of the edits made and the pictures changed. One last thing is that Brighter Vision does work with you to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with the end product and everything in between. Upon my request to place my account on hold while I was in the process of getting my private practice up and running, Matt responded promptly to my request after Sam forwarded my request to him to take care of me, and Matt put my account on indefinite hold, and they did not charge me for the time we were no longer working on my website and refunded funds I had paid during the time the account sat idle. I would say this is exceptional customer service and I am truly grateful for this. Thank you so much Matt, Sam, and the Brighter Vision Orange Team! read more

I have been using Brighter Vision for my website for over a year now, and I can't say enough about how amazingly creative, knowledgeable, and responsive the entire team has been. I had worked with another Website firm that was supposed to be specifically for Therapists with horrible results. Literally NO ONE ever found my website unless he/she was directed there. That company promised the world and delivered less than nothing. In disgust, I tried to go it alone, taking webdesign and SEO courses up the wazoo! After hundreds and hundreds of hours, I decided to hire a Web Design company to create my website for over $1000. What a mistake! The process took months and there was absolutely no support after the process. Finally, I met Perry at a conference and told him of my struggles. He felt so bad for me that he offered free help and support with no strings attached. He and his team were so responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and ethical that it didn't take me long to figure out that Brighter Vision was the way to go. I have never looked back. They bent over backward to help me get my new website up and even found a way to ensure the design was almost the same one that I had spent months designing with the other company. . .their version of the website was even better, however. The designers were able to suggest improvements that have made my website more accessible and find-able. Each and every time I have had a concern or needed a change, the team (and often Perry, himself) was there to make sure that it happened quickly and seamlessly. Most important of all, clients are finding me through my website now. I feel like an idiot for not having started with Brighter Vision from the start. It would have saved me hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars. The best part is that now I can concentrate on my clients, not my website. Thank you Perry, Sam, and everyone else at Brighter Vision for renewing my faith in caring, knowledgeable, and responsive customer service. I'll be with Brighter Vision for a long, long time. read more

this is easily some of the best money I spend on my private practice! not only does your initial designer build you the website you've always dreamed of and then support staff picks up all the tweaks afterward, they do so with outstanding care and compassion. Last week, I wanted to change some formatting of my headers and when I made a mistake in what I was asking for, the support staff who was helping me didn't make me feel stupid, but rather explained what it looked like from her perspective and sought clarity on what I was looking for to make sure I was pleased. It was clear that she took time to think about how she worded the email she sent me and was available to make the changes once I figured out the mistake I had made. Sure, I could build a site on my own and not have to pay a monthly subscription fee, but working with Brighter Vision has allowed me to ensure my website is ALWAYS up-to-date with my latest offerings and I don't spend any time whatsoever stressing about figuring things out or how I'm going to make time to make the necessary changes--one quick email to the support team gets the ball rolling and it's typically taken care of within a few hours. I love working with Brighter Vision. read more

Working with Brighter Vision has been an absolute game changer for my private practice. Every person I have come into contact with at the company thus far from Perry to Austin, to many calls with Abby, I have always walked away feeling my business was in the hands of experts in the field that had my best intentions mind. Every question was answered in a thoughtful, timely way, and I never felt rushed. My Blue team champions worked tirelessly behind the scenes and matched my tight timeline requests, always informing me where they were in the process. Subtle changes and tweaks were always met with a smile and eagerness to get it done just right. I of course was excited to work with Brighter Vision and they seemed genuinely excited to work with me. Even though everything is remote you feel like you are in person with the team because they are taking all of your comments and incorporating them. They have an amazing tool that makes editing quick and simple. I am finding out they have other valuable tools that will make my life easier as a business owner. I know this company will continue to add value for me and they have gained a lifetime customer! Thank you! read more

I switched from TherapySites to Brighter Vision a year ago. I was very pleased with their customer service and the design team since they worked patiently with me on the specifics of my website (including having every page in two languages an creating a personalized -non template- look). When renewal time came this year I felt it had come to soon and I had some misunderstandings about the renewal price. My issues were addressed immediately, with enough clear information to make me feel comfortable enough to renew. With most companies, in any aspect of business, I feel I have to spend days sending emails, making phone calls and holding in line in order to clarify problems, on the contrary, Brighter Vision has always answered my questions in a matter of hours and has managed to give me satisfactory answers. On the technical aspect I am pleased that they seem very proactive, if there is ever a "glitch" in the way their system is working I find out from them ahead of time with an explanation of what they are doing to solve it. My website is in good hands! read more

I have used Brighter Vision for the last year. I absolutely love my website. I have had a couple of concerns along the way. At one point, Perry (the founder) spoke to me on the phone and immediately addressed all of my concerns, and I really appreciated him taking the time do that. Over the last year, I've educated myself more and more on how to do some of the behind the scenes work. BV now has a tool called "Brighter Insights" that I've had the opportunity to use and has revolutionized the way I look at my website. It has saved me significant time by giving me a dashboard where I can see how I'm ranking on Google for the keywords I'm targeting, how I'm doing on social media and even how I'm comparing to other local therapists in a matter of seconds. Thank you Katy and the whole BV team for the chance to use this new tool! It is great to see my rankings improving for keywords, have a comprehensive list of all my backlinks and all of the other useful information you provide! read more

This company ROCKS. My business partner and I are completely revamping our therapy and coaching private practice - a daunting task! Brighter Vision makes the website/online stuff easy. From the initial phone consultation we were hooked! All of our questions were answered in like 15 minutes! We worked with the Blue team - this team was specifically picked for us due to the demographic we are targeting - and they NAILED it. The process is so easy. They make a draft and send it - we make edits on this super easy to use editing system - and then VOILA - the edits are done within a day or two. Everyone responds quickly and it has completely taken the stress out - which as therapists - we don't need any extra of that! It's so nice to work with a company that follows through on everything they say they will. We will be long-time customers and highly recommend Brighter Vision to any therapists/counselors/coaches that need a beautifully designed, customized, user-friendly website. read more

As a fan of Brighter Vision, I wanted to take a moment to sing their praises. I first reached out to them 2 years ago to create my website after comparing them with 3 other companies. I am beyond thankful they were my choice. I am not a web designer and technology is not my thing, so the best return I got on my investment is not only a professional website, but the customer support and SEO guidance needed to attract traffic. They are quick to respond and very helpful. This year I decided my site needed a facelift. Brighter Vision's support team was beyond patient with my feeble attempts to take it to another level of sophistication.... did I mention I'm not a web designer? Sarah diGiovanna listened to me and followed my direction... and when I didn't like what I created, Sarah listened more. She heard what I wanted, and she made it happen. Thank you Brighter Vision! read more

I needed a company to assist me in designing my website. I had original paid for a website program in which I created my website myself. I regret that terribly! It was expensive & a total waste of my time, it came out horribly because website design is something I know nothing about. I am so glad that I was referred to Brighter Vision! The website they created for me was exactly what I had imagined. I was able to choose every little detail and have the design team assigned to me put my vision together. Brighter Vision staff was amazing to work with! I asked a ton of questions and requested several edits in order to try different things and they completed them all in a timely manner. I truly could not be more thrilled with my website and the Brighter Vision team! read more

I have been working with Brighter Vision to develop my website. The decision was an easy one to make. As a new psychologist, the idea of having build a website from scratch while learning everything that comes with private practice, was daunting. Brighter vision literally takes all the work out of your hands. they are very attentive, their timeline is so fast, and they are committed to maximizing your professional visibility. You spend about an hour on the phone...TOTAL, fill out a questionnaire and they do the rest. the templates are beautiful and the best part is that they are always there for support. You can still add your content, change your text, but the rest you can leave up to them. Such an easy process. I would recommend a hundred times over! read more

As a psychologist, I have used several different website platforms over the years. When I found and tried out BrighterVision, I knew I had found my website it's permanent home. The initial help getting the site up and running, with a great new design and format, was fantastic. The support continues. Each and every time I need to do something with my website or have a question, I have a response from the BrighterVision team in short order--unlimited, ongoing, high quality support, for free! In addition, I have enjoyed and appreciated the many practice and marketing tips and trainings they offer at no extra charge. I believe BrighterVision is the best website hosting service for therapists and an excellent deal for the money. Thanks, you guys! read more

A Truly Great Company! I have had nothing but great service with Brighter Vision, from my first phone call to my web development to my ongoing (my choice!) website updates and blogs, everyone has been professional, intelligent and kind. Plus, as an added bonus, what I most often hear from new people looking at my site is, "it's beautiful!" I feel like if I can get people to my website, it will resonate with the right people, which is exactly what has been happening! I'm so glad I decided to hire Brighter Vision and not tackle creating my own website, as they streamline everything for me and make my life so much easier. I HIGHLY recommend Brighter Vision to anyone (not just therapists!) who is looking for a great website company! read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Courteous, professional and all that good stuff! But, fun, patient and diligent as well. For example, I was very active in creating a personalized website, so I sent manifold - and I mean manifold! - edits to my BV team as the site was being built. They paid close attention to what I wanted and made the edits within a day or two - always accompanied by a friendly email to let me know when the work was done. BV also sent me relevant, informative and helpful articles and videos to help me think through various aspects of building a website and a practice. A wonderful bonus. I am thrilled with my website! The bottom line - I could not recommend BV more highly! read more

Having them help design, create, and manage my site was the best decision. It's one less thing I have to worry about. I've made other sites before on Wix or Wordpress, but no matter how user-friendly those programs are, it's still a huge time-suck. At brighter vision, everyone is really prompt and efficient, often getting back to my requests within a few hours. I also have the option to log into the dashboard to make little edits on my own. And this is such a reasonable amount of money for such an integral part of my practice, that it feels like a really small investment for a huge payoff. I'm so grateful that this team handles all my website issues and that's one thing off my plate. read more

I could not have asked for a better experience with Brighter Vision. 1. I went from 3 appointments a month to now 10 in a week, every week, because of the professional website they created. 2. The designers are amazing, I had Will, he made my website look fantastic and was responsive to my ideas and suggested his own, very collaborative. 3. It's not generic like TherapySites. 4. Customer service is so responsive, within hours. I continually ask them to help as things pop up, as my website continually evolves. 5. I recommend Brighter Vision to all my friends and colleagues. Look me up Jenmarie Eadie to see the product. read more

Brighter Vision helped design my Summers Counselling website for me. The cost of website design was affordable. Their sales team and CEO has been encouraging and informative and gave me a lot of information to get me started. When I began designing the website, their program is easy to follow even though I am uninformed in web design. Their staff was always willing to work with me. The entire team in all of Brighter vision has been information and valuable in guiding me step by step to help me complete designing my website. I would highly recommend this company for your website needs. read more

I could not have chosen a better web host! I have been with Brighter Vision since December. Their work is superb, they more than exceeded my expectations! I did not have to speak to multiple people to develop my site. There was ONE designer who worked with me, and brought my vision to life. I can and add take things off my site at anytime, and it's so easy! The tutorials are simple to follow, but if I don't want to do the work THEY WILL. Very convenient, superb customer service, reliable, caring, and they always want to see you succeed! Brighter Vision will always have my business!!! read more

I can't speak highly enough about my time with brighter vision. Their customer service is by far their standout quality. They spent hours and hours and hours tweaking things and changing things until I was completely pleased with the final product and then once it was the final product, they still let me change things. They work tirelessly to make their clients happy. They happen to be very very capable and at a price point that doesn't hurt. I strongly recommend their services for anyone who doesn't know how to design their own website. You cannot go wrong with brighter vision read more

I've tried to use my website and social media to grow my practice, but have thus far been unsuccessful.
