She explained everything even so I could understand. Maddy our cleaning/gum specialist so tender and so so sweet to explain everything she is doing. She made me feel like my teeth weren't as bad as I thought they were. Dr.Christensen saw to my concerns and addressed them leaving me with no fear to go back. He is kind and understanding. With a good sense of humor. Cory our insurance advisor explained everything simply and easily and also offered us in house for my daughter that doesn't have insurance. She made sure we understood everything before we left. This whole team ultimately made me understand how important and priceless it is to maintain your teeth. Most importantly Alyssa's tour set is up it felt like we were on a cruise or a resort exclusively. Maddy helping reinterate the importance of teeth care. I love this place and recommend it a million percent. So much that I was willing to pay no matter what for them to take care me. Luckily Cory and Alyssa made sure I got my insurance info to which benifits me. Thank you Kimberly for getting my husband in especially working with his crazy work schedule. Their dental care was great, and they have a fun environment. My problems with them were administrative. They frequently sent us bills for things that they should have been billing to our insurance, and it was a hassle to get it all straightened out. The final straw came one morning when I had an appointment at 8:00 am. I was running a little bit behind that day. I got a call at about 8:05 asking if I was coming in. I told her that yes, I was on my way. She said "But will you be here by 8:15? Because if you are here after that, they will have cancelled your appointment, and they will still charge you for it." The fact that they were so inflexible with a longstanding customer gave me the incentive to find a new dentist.
