**Edit after reply. **…read more Note - that this review is as much about customer service as it is a fault with my installation. There was no offer to help remedy the problem, only an offer full rate new install. As I feel their response to this review mischaracterizes their response to me, the following is the exact response I was given. Also note that it was not a phone conversation, it was a response in email. -- Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to hear this happened. -- We definitely recommend that we hardwire your new device rather than use the receptacle location. -- Our warranty period has expired, for this work and you will be looking at our service call rate for our return. -- The charge will be $225 for the first hour followed by $120 each additional hour and roughly looking at $50 in material if we cannot reuse any of the wiring. -- Do you have the new device on site? I can schedule an electrician to come by tomorrow, Friday February 13th if that works for you. I requested to be reimbursed for the previous work, and while I didn't say as much, I would have accepted less even just a slight discount, or even full price if literally any attempt would have been made at support. I was told: -- We will not be reimbursing you for the work or the device. Our work was completed to code and inspected by the city. I am leaving it up to the reader to decide if that's acceptable to them. It's not acceptable to me.

CCS installed a heat pump furnace and a heat pump water tank for him this year and removed my old…read moregas gear. They did a great job and walked me through the process of getting the rebates. The rebates are real! I did get 18000 back which amazing. I live in Vancouver. The customer service was excellent. Heath went over and beyond on a couple occasions. One when I had an electrical problem (that was not related to the heat pump work at all). He came over and spent an hour at least trying to help me diagnose it. He also was able get a hot water tank replacement for me the next day when my old one was exploding. Sam did a great job too and was very prompt at getting back to me, even on the weekends. The products themselves are awesome! The house feels great in the summer and it's cozy now that it's cool.

CCS installed a new Mitsubishi heat pump for us, and I cannot say enough good things about them…read more Our house is 1950's vintage and heating a couple of bedrooms has been very problematic, but Heathe the owner came in and guaranteed his system would solve the problem. He spent a fair bit of time figuring out the best solution and it turned out to be very cost effective. Their installation team was second to none. They were punctual, professional, and worked with us to ensure all the equipment was placed where we wanted it. They kept everything clean and were meticulous with the installation. A month after the install we had to replace our roof and the roofer put a nail through one of the lines - I contacted Heathe immediately and he had someone on site within an hour to fix it. They came back the next morning to make sure it was all running fine. I can't ask for more than that for a problem that was caused by others. Everyone I have dealt with at CCS has been first rate - even the office who are dealing with the permits and getting all my rebates organized.

We have had several techs come to try repair our heat pump that was not defrosting properly. I…read morefinally discovered that Heritage Mountain specializes in York products and gave them a call. Jessie arrived on time, masked up and ready to go. He first listened to what I had to tell him about the problem and read the reports from the other techs that I provided. He then looked at all components of the system and zeroed in on a couple of obvious (to him) problems. Jessie worked diligently and was not afraid to share information with me as he was performing his job. After a short time he was able to get the heat pump running as it should. He then checked to make sure ALL components of the heating system were functioning together as they should. We were facing the very real prospect of replacing this heat pump, as we had dealt with a problem that no one else could repair, at a cost of thousands of dollars. Thanks to Heritage Mountain and Jessie for rectifying the problem, saving us the cost of replacing the heat pump and saving us from further frustration. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Heritage Mountain Heating!!

We had Brad (of Heritage Mountain Heating and Cooling) install a new furnace, AC unit, and hot…read morewater tank a year ago (summer 2013). We chose Brad because he was very honest, approachable, and well informed. We felt he gave us good advice, and worked to save us money and get us the best equipment for our needs. We also found his quote was very competitive, which was fantastic because of the four companies I had quote, I like interacting with Brad the best. The installation went smoothly. Brad and the guys he brought in to help with the install were all reasonable to have working in our home. Brad seemed to do everything by the book and to the best possible quality. For example, an electrical box was installed where the electrician had popped out one extra access port than he needed. Brad commented that this would meet code and most people would accept it; however, he did not like it and so he came back the next day to replace the box. All the work seemed top quality. The only challenge with working with Brad was that he was somewhat hard to nail down on an installation time. He was always easy to get a-hold of via his cell phone, but once or twice failed to send me information via email that he said he would. The system has now been running for year and we are very happy with it and would choose to work with Brad again and would recommend him to our friends.
