I started my search for a local to Las Vegas moving company for an instate move I had planned…read more Level15 rose to the top three. After a deeper dive into reviews and past customer comments on the top 3 moving companies I settled on, I opted for Level15 Moving. I wanted to go direct with a company and NOT through a third party. I reached out to Daniel (owner) and even though he was busy on a job, he took the time to text me back. We exchanged texts talking about the locations and the amount of items I needed moved. I was extremely satisfied with his quick responses and by the next day, I have an official detailed quote which had been emailed to me. After reviewing, I agreed to the quote and my move date was set. Fast forward to the move date. I had two Level15 movers show up at my residence on time. They texted prior to their arrival letting me know exactly what time they would be arriving. And that time was spot on! I met Ryan first and Nate arrived shortly thereafter. Both were extremely professional. We conducted a walk through of my residence and once the scope of their work was identified, they got to packing up my personal belongings. I needed someone to haul all of the heavy items for me as I was moving much of the small stuff. Ryan and Nate were amazing! Both worked very hard and they made short work of loading much of my furniture and heavy items onto their truck. They did so while remaining engaged with me and if there were any questions, they were quick to ask. They took care in making sure my personal items were safely moved and loaded onto their truck. I watched every step and they truly worked hard while working in 105+ heat! Once the truck was loaded, Ryan and Nate met me at my new residence and the unload began. They reassembled anything that they needed to take apart and offered to help me move all of my furniture into the spots I had planned for them. They took equal care of my personal items unloading and reassembling furniture and others items. They made sure they did not bump any trim, walls, or doorways and they took extra care packing and unpacking. In conclusion, I've been involved with several moving companies over the years due to my profession. This is by far, the best move of all of them. I highly recommend this company for any move you have, big or small. Their price was spot on and the communication was beyond amazing. I can't thank Daniel, Ryan, and Nate, enough for such a great job. I will most certainly be using them again and I will be recommending them to coworkers, friends, and family as well. And they do more than just instate moves here in Nevada. My move came in cheaper than quoted as they were able to finish the job much quicker and not all quoted items were needed. Many movers would have just stuck to their original quote but Level15 only charged me for the work, transportation, and actual materials used. Even if another company might be a bit cheaper, I would do yourself a favor and just hire Level15 for the job. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't.

Daniel and his team were phenomenal! I had an interstate move from Vegas that took two days total…read more On the first day, we had a team of four guys pack up our apartment in about two hours. I was surprised at how they moved so quickly and efficiently. We had some furniture with legs loose and small broken spots, and they were very communicative whenever they noticed that something was off with the furniture. During the packing itself, they were super nice and conversational (not in a bothersome way). The next day, Daniel and Nate drove our stuff to our new home. They were super communicative about some delays in their journey, which helped me feel confident in the safety of our belongings. Unloading at the new place took under two hours again (potentially under one hour? It was so quick!). Again, we got to witness how efficient and careful they were. Their services were extremely worth the value, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving from Vegas!

I definitely could not have lifted my furniture up a set of stairs, so shoutout to eco movers! All my furniture was wrapped and well taken care of and I liked that they turned on my TV at the new location immediately to make sure nothing had broken in transit. My only note; it might be worth it to hire a three mover crew instead of two depending on where you live. My apartment was on the third floor. And while I did have an elevator, it was only one; so it took a little longer to bring my belongings down to the truck because they were competing with other residents to use it. If your moving situation is similar I would recommend hiring a three person crew instead of two. All in all I would definitely recommend eco movers.

I used EcoMovers LV for packing and moving services on 7/29, and unfortunately, my experience did…read morenot match my expectations. For context, I don't own much furniture. My largest items were a couch, king-size bed and bed frame, TV, and a four-person dining table. Everything else fit into just 9 large moving boxes after they packed my belongings. I was also moving only one mile away. At their quoted rate of $185 per hour for three movers, I expected the job to be completed within their 3-hour minimum, or maybe 4 hours at most. To be fair, the movers packed everything carefully, and nothing was damaged. The office staff also communicated well whenever I called. The problem was the amount of time it took. The move ended up taking 7 hours, which I simply cannot understand. Five hours into the job, the crew was still packing, so I called the office to express my concerns. Their explanation was that my apartment had three flights of stairs. While I understand that stairs add time, I don't believe they justify turning what should have been a relatively small move into a seven-hour job. Even accounting for the stairs, I would have expected 4 hours, maybe 5 at the absolute most. Instead, I ended up paying around $1,600 for a move that covered just one mile. I walked away feeling like the job took much longer than it should have and that I was being billed for unnecessary time. If you're considering EcoMovers LV, be aware that this was my experience. While they did a good job packing my belongings and the office communicated professionally, the overall cost and time made me feel like I was being milked for every billable hour. I would not use them again, and I hope this review helps others know what to watch out for before booking.

These guys were just ok. Maybe I'm just super unlucky these days…read more I had scheduled about 3 weeks prior to the scheduled move we wanted and they confirmed a week after my initial request (after reaching out several times) that everything was good to go. I reached out 2 days prior to our scheduled move to confirm that everything was still good on their end and they said they were no longer able to accommodate the originally scheduled move date due to truck issues -- understandable but only getting notice 2 days before our move was stressful -- and I had to reach out to confirm. We had already scheduled time off from work, packed, scheduled other vendors based on the original move date with Vegas-Moving. Ah-ha! They were able to accommodate us on our original scheduled date. Great! But wait... the night BEFORE the scheduled move (around 8pm?), the business calls me and tells me, again, they were not able to do our original date AGAIN and had to postpone the next day but he'll be able to give us 10% off... ok... At this point my husband and I had no choice but since we were worried we wouldn't be able to find another mover at such a last minute notice. Imagine the stress we were feeling. We had already stored our food in coolers and turned off our refrigerators, prepping for move. So you can imagine the waste we had to go through because of this additional day delay. Day of, they were all nice folks. Straight to work. And then.. time. It took a long long time. About 11 hours of work to move our 5 bedroom home to the new home. We had already packed all of our belongings and what was left was all the big bulk furniture that had to be put into their truck. They spent most of their time WRAPPING every single piece of furniture with blankets and shrink wrap. Every. Single. Piece. On top of that, if I ever needed to get in touch with the owner, all of a sudden their phone line wasn't working. There was NO WAY to get in touch with the movers during the way. The line that was originally provided to make calls/schedules/etc., all of a sudden, didn't work -- so it was hard to get a hold of the team when they were 'on their way' to the new home. Turns out they took a lunch break, which is fine! but I didn't know. It would have been nice to be notified. Anyways... it was already hour 11 and my husband and I had another event to attend at 8PM. They started at 9:15AM. We didn't' expect this to take all day (we've moved before using other companies..) We had to have my brother in law come over and actually watch our house and the movers finally complete the move. A couple of days later, I noticed deep scratches on our fridge freezer handle. I contacted them on Aug 10 and they responded in a timely manner (Aug 12) and said they were going to replace the handle for us. Great! Happy to hear. Crickets. I contacted them again on Aug 13, then again on Aug 28, and again Sept 1. Not a peep to fix the damage they caused on my fridge handle. So I guess I'm left with damage to my fridge. Anyways, I would probably not go with them again. I thought I can trust reading all the reviews here saying they are fast and efficient but I had the opposite experience. Also not very reliable with their communication and unreliable on following a booking. I will pass for next time and hire elsewhere.

Reached out to Jordan through Task Rabbit and to be honest, wasn't expecting the level of care and detail he provided. Gave an ETA, summarized the furniture I requested to be moved to ensure everything was included, supplied all materials, offered to complete smaller tasks I planned to do myself (bed frame disassembling, shelving removal and drywall anchor removal), and protected my more expensive items better than I did when they were purchased. Long version: I was scrambling to find a moving company to empty out my 1 bedroom apartment. I utilized the very handy Yelp tool where they send the job details and quote request to multiple vendors, so I was able to compare a few companies side by side. Hulk was the only one that mentioned a flat rate, which I loved. Most companies, understandably, charge by the hour and add on fees for "extra" services like truck, large items, distance, etc. I provided the list of items, received the flat rate quote, and booked it. Stress-free because I wasn't watching the clock the entire time. And true to his word, flat rate with no hidden fees. I was a little apprehensive because they had zero reviews at the time. But I took a chance and so glad I did. Turns out they've only been in business for a few months. I hope this reaches your target audience and y'all have an amazing day. Moving from CA I was left with online reviews to hire movers to help unload our trailer, so I…read morepicked this company because they had great reviews. From my personal experience with them, I'd never hire them again nor recommend them to anyone. We confirmed the time the day before, but they still showed up almost an hour late. I paid for 3 guys to unload the truck, but the supervisor stood around smoking cigarettes and talking on his phone more than half the time. While the other two guys busted their asses. I paid for 3 guys for 4 hours, then after 4 hours they weren't done - so they charged me another $200 to keep unloading. They would have finished on time if the supervisor had been working like the other two. When I pay for 3 guys I expect 3 guys to work - not one to stand around. They also didn't bring any water on a day that was 107 outside. I don't mind giving someone water on a hot day - but it's super unprofessional to show up expecting me to provide it for you. And then telling me to put it in the freezer and go digging thru my refrigerator uninvited (like you live here) looking for the bottled water that I gave you, and blasting my wife with attitude when you can't find it. Bottom line - they won't get my recommendation. I'm sure you can find a better option to handle your move.
