(He's been trying to get me there for years). This time was the charm! He's told me so much about the place that I felt like I knew it. We only got to visit for a couple hours (which is never enough time with my friend Mark), but I had a few beers and met some pretty awesome people. Ogma is a pretty cool place. They have a sizable craft beer menu and food (we weren't fooding on this visit, only beering). The place is long and narrow, and they have a flipping awesome selection of merchandise. My primary purpose of this visit was to catch up with Mark and imbibe in a couple Ogma brews (which I did, and which were amazing). If I lived closer, this would, 100%, be my hangout. It was accompanied by an odd tasting pickle, which particularly hurt my heart because I am a woman who loves a good pickle. This next part was especially jarring because the ambiance of the restaurant really seemed like they would have good fries, I'm sure they would be good fresh, but the ones I found inside my to-go box were not that. Sad, hard, dry fries that tasted and felt like they had been sitting out for hours. Truly disappointing. In summary, twas certainly a mistake to treat myself to this TWENTY ONE dollar meal that didn't even include a drink...21 dollars for a horrible wrap, horrible fries and a weird pickle. The cheeseburger was incredible, perfectly cooked, and I don't know what kind of buns they use but they're definitely my favorite now. I'm thinking we should have gotten two pizzas cause not only did he devour a few pieces but I helped finish it and couldn't stop eating cause it was so good! The staff was very personable and kind. Especially Brooke and Maddy, they were so sweet and chatted with my son about his Pokemon and legos. We left very full and happy with our experience.
