DO NOT GO HERE. I have never had problems with any dentist until I went here. I am 27. I will make sure of it for the safety of all future customers that this place gets shut down. I went in for an estimate/assessment for two crowns...I went in and I was in so much pain it was unbearable....and it was only a cleaning! Had me in tears for at least 15/20 minutes. Her excuse was that I had bad teeth. I have been brushing and flossing my entire life. Three appointments later of painful drilling and temporary teeth installations..as well as trying to convince me I needed two root canals (already had them done years ago) I had the crowns installed. He ended up dropping tools on ME and on the floor RIGHT after I heard a snap when he was putting in the second crown. I assumed it was my tooth/post. Without telling me what happened, He was behind me, drilling for so long in what I assumed was my crown. Kept saying "I'm just doing some dental art"..The first one was installed in seconds. The second one took about 40+minutes. He kept pushing and pushing with the palm of his hand against my teeth/second crown to get it to fit. The assistant saw the entire thing but said nothing. I was in tears and told him I need more novacaine but he didn't give me any. Keep in mind I already had root canals on both of those teeth years ago and I still ended up feeling crazy pain. He then disappears... the boss came in, and while he stood far off behind me hiding, she said right in front of me what he did wrong. She said "there is too much cement behind here, the tooth is too high..you should of told me and we would of did emergency gum surgery to pull the gum line down." I was freaking out. They all walked away, I went to my car...slowly pulled down the visor to check out what the heck they did.....and the second tooth was way too high into my gums. I literally was in tears. I tried my best to be gratefull and not complain. A month later, while eating a SOFT egg sandwich for breakfast, my tooth snapped and I almost choked on it. Ended up being the same exact tooth that they had trouble installing. When I called them back to let them know, THEY SAID THEY ALREADY FIRED THE GUY. I went in for a 2nd assessment, and they said they can't pay for it and won't install a new crown for free. They offered a bridge for free, but My mother, who has all fake teeth (bridges) said it would be too damaging and too costly later down the road. Then they pulled the rest of the tooth out with pliers without letting me know they were about to. They said we will install a temporary tooth next time. I went back for my appointment for the temporary tooth, then she shaved down my gum line where the tooth was...saying it "didn't heal right"..and instead of doing the temporary tooth, she said "we will do the second cleaning we owe you"....the lady started drilling painfully away for over an hour or more In the back of my mouth without letting me know what the heck she was doing! She ALSO dropped tools on me. She then goes "oh sorry if you end up feeling pain later you'll need root canals." I never even got the temporary tooth!!!! I was too terrified to go back, and my mother got them to offer 700$ back....they literally just payed it back over 4 months later. It been almost a year now since my first visit, and Im still missing a front tooth...and I haven't been able to chew on that entire side ever since. Now, the teeth in the back bleed and smell weird. I have constant bad breath from it. I just looked at the teeth she drilled into today in the mirror, and she destroyed my rear molars. She filled them all in with cavity fillings. The fillings are legit up at my gum lines and all around the teeth. I was not aware, and no one even told me I was suppose to get anything filled. If they don't refund all of my money back i am going to get a lawyer and sue for damages. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE NOT PROFFESIONALS. I don't know who gave them their license to be a dentist. I will make sure it gets taken away no matter how much money I have to put into a lawyer. read more
