Job kept on being delayed with little or no communication. If it's going to take 4 weeks or so to get a crew to my house that's fine....I understand the current construction environment, however don't tell me it's "going to be the first part of next week" then no one shows up for another two weeks. Regarding the quality of workmanship.....questionable at this time as I'm waiting for a downpour to see if the gutter-to-downspout connection will hold. If not, then hopefully they can get it corrected timely (although I'm not holding my breath). I would correct the situation myself except the gutters that were replaced are on the second story so is not something I'm comfortable with tackling.

Vanguard owner Gabriel Moore was prompt to meet with us and quickly provided a bid. As we got closer to the project the weather didn't cooperate. Rain, rain and more rain. Gabe did a great job communicating schedule changes. Once the work got underway it went quickly. And the quality of their craftsmanship was outstanding. The siding is fantastic. The attention to detail superb. Seams were overlapped so not to be visible from the street. Joints were staggered so not to catch the eye. The metal trim was perfect and we love our new carport.
