Specialties
At Bright Future Psychology, we are dedicated to helping individuals and families gain clarity, confidence, and compassionate support through high-quality psychological services. We specialize in comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations for children, teens, and adults to assess concerns such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning differences (including dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia), intellectual disabilities, and emotional or behavioral challenges. Our evaluations are thorough, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, with the goal of empowering clients to access appropriate services, supports, and accommodations across school, clinical, and community settings.
In addition to evaluations, we offer counseling for children, adolescents, and young adults, helping them build emotional resilience, develop self-awareness, and strengthen coping skills. Our team values collaboration and works closely with parents, schools, physicians, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and promote lasting growth. At Bright Future Psychology, we believe every individual deserves to be understood and supported—and we’re here to help light the path forward.
History
Established in 2023.
Bright Future Psychology was founded with the goal of helping individuals and families gain a better understanding of themselves and the challenges they face. After years of working in schools and clinical settings, our founder recognized the need for a practice that offers both in-depth psychological evaluations and a warm, personalized approach. Many families were searching for answers—whether to better understand a child’s learning, attention, or emotional needs—and needed a place that could offer both clarity and compassionate support. Bright Future Psychology was created to meet that need. From the beginning, our mission has been to provide thoughtful evaluations, collaborate with other professionals, and guide each client with care, insight, and practical tools to support their growth and well-being.
Meet the Business Owner: Dr. Hanna K.
Dr. Hanna Kallstrom is the founder of Bright Future Psychology with 15 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, their families, and schools. She specializes in assessing and diagnosing neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities (dyslexia; dysgraphia; dyscalculia). In addition to her professional experience, she also has personal experience as a parent of twice exceptional children with diagnoses of ASD and ADHD. This has given her the insight of a parent’s perspective along with the skills, understanding, and patience to circumvent emotional, behavioral, and attentional challenges that may arise during sessions. She enjoys discovering each client's unique profile of strengths and needs to tailor recommendations to support academic learning, cognitive skills, and social emotional, executive, and independent functioning.
