in my almost 2 years of having my daughter in this daycare i have had nothing but issues in this…read moredaycare. From my child being bitten, hit, having knots on her head, daycare not following her dietary restrictions, to now her not being supervised while learning how to potty train. Her not being supervised caused her to end up in the hospital and somehow she had a foreign object (piece of a baby wipe container) inside of her private area. I am highly upset about this happening and advice you please do not send your child to this location. In addition, the teachers in this location either speak no english and don't understand you or they speak little english and don't know how to speak correctly and tell you certain things. Another issue is the attitude problem I encountered when starting my 7 month old in the baby room being yelled at that I needed to buy her the correct socks even though she had her correct baby socks on. My daughter is 2 and it has been escalated to dcf being involved with the daycare. Put it this way, the daycare self reported themselves because their teachers in the twos classroom reported they thought these 2 year olds were "self sufficient" and needed "privacy" while using the bathroom. Me as a new mother was highly upset im very frustrated this happened and find myself writing a review to alert other parents and hopefully spread awareness of looking into this center. I do appreciate the cooperation of MS stephanie however it saddens me I needed to even encounter this issue with a daycare I thought I could trust with my babies.

Here is a typical week with Kindercare, Monday I leave my happy supper excited healthy daughter to…read moreKindercare in the morning, when I pick her up in the evening, she is so tired and just cant wait to go home. By Tuesday or Wed night, we find out that she has caught cold or flu or some bug from the daycare, i know nobody has that bug at home and we dont go out on weekdays so it has to be the daycare and there always 3-4 kids with running noses and/or coughing.. Next two or three days she recovers at home while I and my wife suffer thru the sleepless nights. By Sat or Sun, she is fully recovered and while we do not look forward to Monday to repeat the same over again we have very little choice. I see this happens at least 1-3 times very month. What upsets me is us parents pay full fee in advance ~$245 a week, but we utilize their services for only half the week due to no fault of ours. We have to take time off of work to nurse the sick child, Kindercare will not refund the fee when child gets sick at their day care and has to stay home. In addition, whats worst is when several kids are home and not enough students are left in the daycare, management tells some teachers to go home so they dont have to pay them money for those hours....WTH. Management collects full fee from parents for full five days, they dont take responsibility to make sure kids stay healthy there and on top they keep the money that should belong to teachers. This makes teachers very unhappy and no child should be under the care of unhappy teacher...management is horrible unfortunately most days care are just like that. I hate to get govt involved in this but there should be a law to govern their ridiculous policies. Once the kid is 3-4 years old, then they are awesome for kids that age but not for anyone younger.

When I texted and called her she didn't respond. Then I spoke to her through in home camera and she flipped out on me calling me names and threatening that she's going to leave now if i "don't get my ass home right effing now". She continued to yell at me through the camera. While I got out of class at this point my son was distressed and crying in hysteria. She proceeded to call my son horrible names and eventually left the house and stood outside while my son was in panic crying for 15 mins while I was driving. When I finally arrived she was still outside proceeded calling me names. I ran into the house with my daughter and saw my son on the floor in complete panic. They clearly did not do a thorough background check on her. Our other nanny was good but she quit because she felt "overworked". While she never worked for more than 40-43 hours per week. Having said that the agency provided us with babysitters when our nanny wasn't available and we're very efficient with it.

The owner is very prompt and polite and has a great reputation. However, I was not overly impressed with our sitter. She had great nanny experience, was polite and arrived on time, but seemed uncomfortable with a small infant and was used working with toddlers and older kids.

Prior to this we had a horrible experience at another school and finding Palm Beach Preschool was such a godsend. Our intake was with Monica and after what happened at the prior school I was so terrified for my son to go to school again but Monica put all my fears at ease. Monica is by far the most amazing director who handles situations immediately with such professionalism. Then Natalie who greets you in the morning for drop off is by far the most kind, loving person. You can tell the both of them truly love what they do and care for the students like they are there children. I honestly couldn't recommend a early child hood daycare anymore then this one. I'm so grateful we found this place and for Monica's amazing child knowledge. She's helped me more than just being my sons director at his school but with developmental stuff as well. She truly goes above and beyond to insure each student gets the proper things they need.

Every single teacher we've met goes above and beyond--creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where our child truly thrives. You can feel how much they love what they do, and it shows in the way the kids light up when they see them each day. We have to give a special shout-out to the Director, Miss Kennita, who is the heart of this school. She is attentive, incredibly kind, endlessly patient, and always available to answer questions or offer support. Her leadership sets the tone for the entire center--positive, organized, and deeply child-centered. We feel so lucky to have a director who not only knows every child by name but genuinely cares about their growth and happiness. Summit Kids Academy has become an extension of our family, and we are so grateful for the love, structure, and joy they bring to our child's life. We couldn't recommend them more!

He stood behind employees and acted as if it was a joke. When in actuality this matter is extremely inappropriate and as a business owner should know how to conduct himself professionally before his treasure of a success becomes a complete fold.
