The class sizes were just too large for our child. The child to teacher ratios didn't fit our son's needs. He was having a lot of behavior issues he had never had before, he was bit by another student on his first day and it just kinda spiraled from there. Our son went from being home with us, to a class of 20 with only 2 teachers and it was very overwhelming unfortunately. We really noticed the difference once we moved him to a smaller daycare. His vocabulary and behavior improved significantly moving to a smaller class size. I would definitely recommend Kingswood if your child handles large class sizes well or if your child has always been used to that type of environment. The teachers are very nice and friendly, the amenities are very clean and up to date. They have lots of fun activities for the kids throughout the year. Just really didn't work for our child.

We had a good and the most horrible experience with the agency. One nanny emotionally abused my son…read morein 2 days that she was there.When I left with my daughter to class I checked the cameras at home and she put my son infront of TV (when I specifically told her he can only watch tv when he eats) and went outside to speak on the phone. When I texted and called her she didn't respond. Then I spoke to her through in home camera and she flipped out on me calling me names and threatening that she's going to leave now if i "don't get my ass home right effing now". She continued to yell at me through the camera. While I got out of class at this point my son was distressed and crying in hysteria. She proceeded to call my son horrible names and eventually left the house and stood outside while my son was in panic crying for 15 mins while I was driving. When I finally arrived she was still outside proceeded calling me names. I ran into the house with my daughter and saw my son on the floor in complete panic. They clearly did not do a thorough background check on her. Our other nanny was good but she quit because she felt "overworked". While she never worked for more than 40-43 hours per week. Having said that the agency provided us with babysitters when our nanny wasn't available and we're very efficient with it.

Our intake was with Monica and after what happened at the prior school I was so terrified for my son to go to school again but Monica put all my fears at ease. Monica is by far the most amazing director who handles situations immediately with such professionalism. Then Natalie who greets you in the morning for drop off is by far the most kind, loving person. You can tell the both of them truly love what they do and care for the students like they are there children. I honestly couldn't recommend a early child hood daycare anymore then this one. We happily paid $20 an hour and we noticed our night nannies were either sleeping or watching tv all night when we reviewed our cameras in the morning. When we would bring this to Angela she would argue with us and tell us that we are bad employers. It's extremely unprofessional to argue with a paying client of yours.
